I ordered 60 bottles of wine
I recently ordered 60 bottles of wine, and unfortunately, there was a significant delivery issue — not Vinha’s fault at all. TNT damaged the pallet twice, which caused a major delay.
What really stood out, though, was how Cristina from Vinha stepped in. She was proactive, responsive, and went out of her way to arrange for me to collect the wine from an alternative warehouse, ensuring the order was finally fulfilled.
It’s often when things go wrong that you really see what a company is made of — and in this case, Vinha proved to be outstanding. Their customer service was fast, attentive, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
