Communication breakdown
There’s no doubt that VINN is friendly and knowledgeable, but my experience wasn’t great as when I went to attend both my appointments at different lots, neither lot had record of me. What I do appreciate is VINN following up with the lots to discover the issue. If they can fix whatever communication break down happened then this service would be outstanding
