Like many others have already reported, I placed an order that was never delivered (it’s been three months now). In short: a scam.
I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable handling of my order (#11259), placed in early February 2025 for Brunello di Montalcino DOCG "Il Greppo" Magnum - Biondi Santi. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and your website contact form, I have received no response, no shipping updates, and no resolution.
This lack of communication is inexcusable. At this point, I have serious concerns about whether your company is a legitimate business. If the order cannot be fulfilled immediately, I demand a full refund without further delay.
This company is a total scam.
Order confirmed, but the wine is not delivered, just like almost all the other reviews here.
They immediately take the money off the credit card, instead of charging the card when the order is shipped. This way, they use their customer's money as working capital.
I was promised a reimbursement of the money after I threatened them to file a complaint with the Italian authorities. Which I will certainly do, as there are many more complaints over here. It seems to be standard business for this company.
I will contact the authorities and will update my review with more information for other victims that also want to file a complaint. The authorities need to know, so that they can take action. Reimbursement only is not enough.
UPDATE: The reply by this company shows very well what kind of company this is. With 88% 1-star reviews on Trustpilot, it should be clear to everyone that this is organized scam and should be reported to the authorities. No working phone number and no reply to e-mails until you file an official complaint and chargeback with the credit card company. There are no excuses for such service. If you don't ship the wine, you don't take the money, it's as simple as that. If you do it otherwise, and if so many people have the same problem, it can only be organized crime which needs to be reported by all victims.
And contrary to what you write, the order has not been refunded yet.
Nobody can verify the number of succesful orders. Trustpilot says 88% of the orders were scam, that's the only thing we can see here and that's not "my values", but those of 88% unhappy customers. The consumer law specialists say breach of Codice del consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005) Art 21 §1 (a)-(b)-(d) and Art 23 §1 (f).

I discovered today so numerous examples like mine...
I was pretty satisfied with that company, having received 4 or 5 orders without any issue until last May...
My last order has never been shipped. I received one mail after 3 months explaining they have logistic issues that would soon be solved but now, after 7 months, a lot of mails and some phone call, I share same outcome : no possibility to get in touch with them via phone and absolutely no answer to the various mails. How to destroy your company's reputation in one go...

I recently placed an order for six bottles of premium Italian wine, which were indicated as in stock on the website. After week I have not received any notification regarding the shipment of my order. I have sent several emails requesting a status update, but did not received any response. I am going to dispute the charge through my credit card company, because it looks like a scam!
Update 5/3:
And my order was not refunded, it was charged back by the credit card company! Supplier never contacted me. Avoid!

The goods are listed with a shipping time of 3-5 days, but this timeframe is dynamically extended each time the status is checked. There is no response to inquiries. Not recommended. Ordering is strongly discouraged.
This webpage is a SCAM!
The parcel I ordered in September 15th still hasn’t arrived. That is 12 weeks now.
No answer, impossible to contact anyone.
FRAUD!!
My order has been submitted October 12th and today - December 9th - no delivery and no news since I ordered.
I have tried to call 5 times and have emailed them in both English and Italian: no response.
Update: the Vinolog response below claims they refunded, not true. The Visa Gold insurance refunded when I reported the scam.

Hello (again), thank you for your mail 2 months ago. You suggested some solutions, sadly enough I still do not have my wine and I don’t need it anymore since I wanted to use it for my wedding party, (again thank you very much to give us a hard time finding another solution), nor did you keep your promise to give me a refund.
You even do not bother to answer my numerous mails.
This firm has no customer service!!

I was a happy customer until now. I ordered a couple of times in the past with normal shipment time and good prices. But now everything goes wrong. Still waiting for three orders, first ordered 31th august. They do not respond by email or telephone. Now I see that they start responding in trustpilot. Please ship the orders. Paypal Will not be happy if they have to refund the payment.

Top service, they infirmed me they are changing warehouse and there were some delay with the delivery. All OK!
Terrible experience - goods not delivered, awful customer service
A truly awful experience. Ordered 5 bottles through Vinolog24 and spent over €600. After 1 month I enquired and after sending approximately 3 emails, eventually got a reply from “Antonio” that due to brexit delivery was delayed and assured that it would be sent next working day. This did not occur. I proceeded to email over the next month or so without reply and was forced to get my money back after filing a dispute with my bank who are currently investigating. I will never shop here again and would advise others to also look elsewhere if hoping to have your goods delivered to you.
