It is a scam. I didn't receive any report. I asked an agent provided by the company for help in texting, He ignored me.
Then I see "Report not found" on screen. They don't give you any information of car, just take your $1. Don't use this service.

I wanted to find out more about a 1987 corvette I was about to purchase and I found that this was a very fast and very accurate way to find this vehicles History !
I was able to quickly find out how many owners had this car and how long they had it registered and on the road! Great fast service for a dollar and good to have!
