There was no real information on the…

There was no real information on the car inquiry.
Only where those types of cars were manufactored.
The check list print out I might have found if that is what I was looking for. I must say that the check list was printed.

Exactly what I needed

Needed ANY recorded milelage, VIN info Given

I wanted to get any recorded milelage on a vehicle. after paying for the service, I typed in the VIN and the report instantly popped up. The mileage was nowhere listed in the report. Chat was available on the screen and I was assured that a supervisor would email within 30 mins. I was contacted within ten and was given an option on how to obtain the mileage and to be compensated if charged for that other links fee.

This was a simply smooth experience

This was a simply smooth experience. You guys are johnny on the spot with customer service and thorough and acutely accurate vehicle history.
Info provided was volumes more thorough and accurate than another vehicle history search company claiming to have ALL info out on my vehicle.
Impressive. Top-notch, well done you guys.

Hoping for more information

I joined this site to get title information on a vehicle I own. I went through all the steps, and now i'm being told they will email my title info to me in 30 minutes or less??? I just want the previous title number, not real difficult....still waiting.

good customer service

Very affordable for what I need. Considering most people shopping for used cars research multiple vehicles the price makes sense and it is a great tool.

- edit to first review- the charge is supposed to be $1 for the report. Just checked my bank and they charged me $18.95. Hoping they'll make it right otherwise I'll have to dispute it with my bank.

- next update- they are reversing the charge with no argument. very good customer service. just read the fine print.
