Vintage Guitar World is, from my experience, a trusted curator and provider of rare, hand-crafted guitars. I've purchased two and have been pleased with the price, the quality of the instruments, the descriptions and videos, and the delivery service. My last purchase sent from Germany to the United States arrived in perfect condition in an unbelievable four days.

I bought a vintage guitar giving my former guitar as part of the deal. Comunication with Heiko was inmediate and very helpful. I really apreciate his advice about what guitar to choose and answering all my questions.

I sent my guitar, I ordered the bank transfer and the day after my new vintage guitar was on its way to my house. Everything was perfect.

I have been playing guitar for quite some time and I have the opportunity to perform in public and play with a band. I wanted to treat myself and decided to buy an acoustic Martin guitar. I was very lucky and found an offer from Vintage Guitar World for a used Martin HD28. I knew what to expect from this guitar. But I really didn't expect to meet great understanding and helpfulness from VGW. As a customer from the Czech Republic, I was a little worried, but everything went great. Shipping without problems, excellently and with sensitivity packaged. The dealings from VGW were completely professional and I think exemplary. I really tested the guitar at home and I have to say that buying an instrument in this store is a great joy and experience. I thank VGW and specifically Heiko Liepold and I can only recommend buying in this store to all potential buyers.

I recently purchased a Casimiro Lozano from 2013 (Spruce and rosewood)
The team answered my emails as soon as sent and a constructive dialogue was possible.
I received the guitar very shortly after, perfectly packed and with the action set to the precise specifications I asked.
This guitar is beyond my expectations in term of craftsmanship, sound and playability.
The ratio quality-price is outstanding!

One little disclaimer: Do not expect that the guitar looks exactly as the pictures shown in term of colour but it looks exactly like it is displayed on the video sample!

I had an excellent experience buying a 2000 Martin D-28 from Vintage Guitar World.
Heiko was extremely patient and responsive, and he provided detailed photos of the neck, saddle, and action at my request. This gave me full confidence in the structural health of the instrument. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly, making the entire process very smooth.

The guitar was packed safely and arrived in Berlin within 48 hours. It came in great shape, with comfortable action, a healthy amount of neck relief, and a tall, future-proof saddle. I’m not a Martin expert, but I’ve tried a few over the years — and this one plays and rings fantastically.

I was wary. The guitar and price seemed to good to be true. After much experience over a life time of playing, trading and playing concerts on guitars in 30 countries over 80 years I consider my self to be almost an expert. Shipping was inexpensive and prompt. It took a few days for the instrument and I to become aquainted, but the notes that emerged convinced me that I was a lucky guy! The quality and tone is the best I have ever encountered. Great broker! Highly recommend!
