This is the worst online shop…

This is the worst online shop management system and customer service I have ever dealed with. I ordered a bottle of Whisky and already paid it. Then I ordered it again and the price was higher, so far, so good.
On my first command the price of the bottle was 180 € with a 10 € promotion code (on the website it does not say that this promotion is not valid for the article) as a new customer and 13,50 € for delivery, this makes 183,50 € for me. Then they just cancelled the order without any reason and said that a customer can only buy one bottle.
That was not mentioned on the website as well as that the promotion code is not valid but as i said the shop is managed like in the 1990s.
My second order was not cancelled and surprisingly the price was higher. I paid now 215 €, there is still a difference of 31,50 € (and still 21,50 € without the promotion code) that should be refunded.
As you did not answer any of my questions I still do not really get it. You told me now several times that only one bottle per customer is available which means to me that only my first order is the one that counts. It would be really nice if you could really answer my questions a little bit more detailed. Normally customer services care for their customers. In this case it’s the worst customer treatment and worst online shop management I have ever been confronted with.
Actually they did not even answer my last message.
