I bought a carhartt box and nothing was carhartt except a cap that seemed fake. Everything else was from different brands and very worn. Will not buy again and I don't recommend it. In general was a bad experience.

I never write reviews, but after such a terrible experience, I have chosen to write one.

Delivery was meant to be 1 to 3 days, but it took them atleast 2 to 3 to get it shipped so I waited 5 days, and I got sent sent a pair of trousers which were supposed to be waist size 32, but their is no size shown on the trousers and they are closer to a size 30. The trousers themselves weren't too bad but the customer service is terrible, and the web design is so bad, after ordering I was offered a "gamble box" for £40 pound, but little did I know that when I accidentally press add to order, it would instantly take a £40 payment without asking for confirmation

Waited a week for the most awful box of clothes imaginable, stuff your dad wouldn't even wear anymore, nothing like the cool items in all their pictures, summer jackpot it was not, stay well away I won't be using again.

Well, it seemed too good to be true.

Import duties came as a surprise.

But on the site and all the pictures they show I thought I would get nice items so no problem. It's worth the money. NOT!

I got 5 thin sweaters in a broken box. In the thrift store you pay a maximum of €10 per item for...

And the free Carhartt item worth €80 is a hat...

Sure it's a guess you take since you can't see the items, but 5 of the 5 items are worthless! Very dissatisfied with these quacks.

Oh yeah, and I have just as well that Carhartt cap, and it's a fake!

Absolute crap was promised a free carry along with order all of the items are rubbish none of the items from the picture could of got the at the charity shop for 2quid also free Calhart was on the deal and wasn’t received

I am extremely disappointed with The Vintage Box Company. The clothes I received were stained with paint and completely unusable. The items that were still clean looked like leftover stock they clearly couldn’t sell — there was no sense of quality or careful selection.

On top of that, we were hit with high customs fees, which made this purchase even more expensive for what turned out to be worthless clothing.

I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Costs! Their return policy makes it impossible to return. Waited three weeks for my order to arrive and what came was an absolute pile of junk! Not one item of clothing was good. Really disappointed

This has been a great experience, and even better quality from the vintage box company. Highly recommend this company for anyone who values quality vintage wear🙏🏽🙏🏽

Everything work out great items where delivered on time with no hassle or anything.

Received a box of absolute dung. A bright red Russia zipper. Really?

Nothing vintage about the items I received. Will not be back.

The 5 star reviews are fake they ask you to give them a 5 star review before you get your package for a change to win some Jordans.
You will not get it nor would there be a mention of it again.

They will send you follow-ups meant for other people and spam you a lot for no reason.

It has been one month and 2 weeks or more since I ordered my package I still haven’t gotten it. They won’t refund you.

My advice is don’t buy from these people I dunno if I will get my package it says it’s in Netherlands, I still dunno if it’s there or not. It’s not moving it’s a scam or these people are really incompetent with sending a packages.

They are really shady I am disappointed for-real. A lot of fake companies like this I swear.

Don’t buy from them they don’t try to help you to even know the location of your package I bet they sent it with the certainty no concerns for it.

Also my package was dispatched 2 weeks after I ordered it.

I will never buy from British companies again usually get scammed I get my money back but still it’s too many scams.

Easy to buy, easy to find out everything and customer service is perfect.

Overall, the clothes from the vintage box were pretty average. Most of the items felt like old pieces I wouldn’t really wear outside. They’re not rugged or well-structured more on the lighter side and just not my style.
They also included a Carhartt cap, but I’m not convinced it’s authentic. It looks like a basic new black cap with a Carhartt logo stitched on, which raises some doubts.
I’ll be initiating a return and will see how that process goes. If it’s handled smoothly, I may consider increasing my rating to two stars.

Update: No returns - exchanges only for another mystery box (£10 fee).

Website was easy enough to navigate so easy enough to place an order, unfortunatly as im quite a bit larger i couldnt order any bottoms at all (more a me issue)
