Vintage Cash Cat Reviews

I would certainly use this company again. From the onset, they were hassle-free, there was no pressure and I was happy with the whole experience. Sharon was really nice, helpful and friendly, but also professional. Unlike a similar company I had also tried, Vintage Cash Cat did not bombard with constant texts and emails and they made it clear that there was no obligation on my part to accept their offer for my items. In fact, I felt their offer was reasonable and fair, better than any of the other offers I had received and the money was in my bank the next morning. I would heartily recommend Vintage Cash Cat and would use them again without hesitation.

Excellent responsive, polite and positive service. The process was very smooth from requesting package label to receiving and accepting the valuation.

thiscompany does what it says on the box but and its a BIG BUT they are misleading on their valuation information. I sent of 31 items including 4 gold rings with semi precious stones, A victorian 4 row choker necklace crystal. 3 Vintage silver broches, a gold plated 50's watch 2 Indian gold vintage necklaces, plus other vintage and antique ornaments. I recieved an offer of £29.00 - less than a £1 an item!!!
I felt insulted. My concern is that they are appealing to older people who may be confused, they are obviously fishing for GOLD, also they could begin to encourage theft from elderly or confused relatives.

Vintage Cash Cat offer a quick and honest service. I’ve sold items through them on more than one occasion and they have always been great to deal with, friendly and professional, with an offer that I have always been happy with.
