Really smooth to deal with
Really smooth to deal with, sent me the postage label, I got an text to say they knew I had sent the parcel, another text to say it had arrived, another text to say they were valuing, then finally a text with an offer, which I accepted and the money was in my account two days later. Would recommend if you want things to run smooth and you want a genuine offer for your goods

The experience could be improved by offering true valuations, I was quoted £28 for a box of goods including some gold and silver after having the items returned I sought out different valuations and got offered 8 times more than the amount they offered, the exact same amount was offered to a friend for a different box load of goods.
