You may never get your order
I purchased two pairs of sandals and paid for the 2-day shipping. It has been 3 business days and I haven’t received any indication that my order has even been processed. I reached out to the company via email, live messaging, and text message to check the status of my order; yet no response whatsoever. Such terrible “customer service,” if that’s what they can even call it.
Update: The company finally emailed me back, but giving me the runaround regarding my refund request for the 2-day shipping.
Update 2: After a couple back and forth emails, the company has decided to refund my 2-day shipping fee once my order has been delivered. I will update again then.
