I have not gotten my order the tracking number is not legit. Website says order is complete, I emailed them but have not gotten a response from the company.

The quilt was advertised as queen size and it is not at all- it does not cover my bed. Additionally, the quilt is so dingy it is gray. This was not clear in the picture. I see no information on returns in the email.

Poor customer service and Never received my order!
After numerous contacts I NEVER received my order which was paid for. It was promised by a customer service online rep that I will receive a tracking number for my order after they received payment. It's been over a month and no responses to my messages about the status of my order and my payment was taken. They are not trustworthy. Do not order from here!
