It is a small businesses with an ineffective system

I did not receive a receipt in my email inbox a couple of days after I have purchased and paid through mobile pay. So I checked on Trustpilot. Because they have bad reviews here so I got paranoid. I contacted them and they sent the bottle I purchased after a few days. Still no receipt. They are just a small businesses and their system isn't super effective. But it is not scam. I am writing this review to help them. They need to improve their service though.
