Absolutely in love with my new chair
Absolutely in love with my new chair! The quality is outstanding, and it’s so unique and different from anything else out there. What really made the experience, though, was the incredible customer service. Before I bought it, the staff went above and beyond, answering all my questions and sending over numerous videos so I could get a proper look. They gave me all the time in the world and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Highly recommend this company!

Ella provided the warmest welcome I have ever received in a purchasing experience. No pushy sales tactics, just really helpful and friendly.

Excellent sofa. Very bad delivery drivers
High quality sofa. Shame the delivery drivers were vey negative as soon as we answered the door. Said straight away it wouldn’t fit, they said we should have emptied the room for them? Trying to take the wooden radiator cover (that was screwed to the wall) however much to their surprise the sofa fit with plenty of room left. This would not put me off vintage sofa co, due to their amazing quality furnishings, but I do feel like the company they use for delivery should perhaps keep their negative comments to themselves

Genuine quality
From being met at the door by friendly, knowledgeable staff to wandering around the mill looking at all the fabulous, quality furniture the whole experience was one of relaxed pleasure. Sales staff were supportive and offered loads of advice but never pressured us to commit to a sale. Would highly recommend everything about this brilliant company.

Beautiful sofas and chairs in designs that I haven't seen anywhere else.
A special shout out to Eliza who became our 'go-to' person throughout the process.
Nothing was too much trouble for her - from measuring legs on sofas to demonstrating (via video calls) sofa seat depth by sitting and lounging on the suite we were interested in. She even roped in a tall colleague so that we had an idea of how my husband would fit into and onto the sofa and chair! Friendly, engaged and responsive to all our many questions,
she was an absolute delight and certainly helped us to decide to commit to the purchase.
