New chairs from a great company
I made my order over the telephone I spoke to Ella. Who went to the trouble of finding out if a certain fabric was still available. She then telephoned me back with the good news that it would be the very last chair that could be made in that fabric. I have had 2 items from them before I love my Austin Egg chair in yellow leather. So many people have complimented me on my choice. I love my foot stool where I can hide things. I am excited and looking forward to seeing my new chairs which are being made just for me!

Furniture Shopping like no other.
We were made to feel really welcome the moment we stepped in the door.
They even welcomed our furry friend too, which a quite rare.
We were offered refreshments and after a brief chat with Becca, she suggested some of the ranges more appropriate for our needs.
We browsed the whole store, which is a masterpiece in its own right, and didn’t feel under any pressure.
Becca checked in occasionally and when we were ready, she did a quote for us, took some details and gave us a small box to take away with fabric swatches in that we had discussed.
A really stress free enjoyable experience and the products all feel very good quality.

Georgina was very sweet and helpful on the phone. Buying a sofa blind is not an easy task and requires faith in the company. Luckily, the reviews for this company are very good, so Im hopeful my sofa will be just as lovely as Im hoping. Multi Orders!!
We ordered a large order comprising 40 items over 4 orders. The whole experience brilliant from start to the end. We leave to leave delivery until everything was all ready together which gave the team a logistical nightmare, but nothing was too much trouble for them from start to finish (especially as we kept changing the orders!). Eventually we now have an absolutely fantastic new home and we are so happy. Everyone deserved to all of the customer team but especial thanks to Amy, Lara, and Sophie. Exceeded my expectations
We bought the 4 seater Fairfax in Eddy Khaki velvet and the Armitage Loveseat in Derwent Olive & leather from Vintage Sofa.
I was quite anxious because I ordered on line without sitting on either piece. The staff sent me videos, answered my queries straight away with very clear and precise communication.
Delivery was smooth and the team placed it right into our lounge and taking away the packaging. The seat cushions are firm yet cozy and the fabric feels and looks very luxurious. The frame is solid and I just know it will keep well over time with heavy use. It looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier.
Do not hesitate to order from Vintage Sofa, you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend this company, it is a family run business who take pride in their pieces.

I recently ordered some beautiful pieces from Vintage Sofa Co for my daughter, which unfortunately when delivered by FedEx, were simply dropped over our 4.5ft electronically opening gates to the concrete below, smashing two of our four items! Immediately we contacted the Vintage Sofa team & provided the relevant information, they instantly reordered our products and arranged for rapid collection of the broken items. buyer beware know your consumer rights
I advise anyone purchasing from this company to pay with your credit card so you are protected with your section 75. I purchased 2 sofa's end of December 25. On delivery of Sofas in March 2026, the 4 seater sofa was not a 4 seater as advertised, described and measurements, Contacted company, requested they deliver correct sofa as per consumer rights, they refused and said it was a model change. I raised a section 75 dispute with my credit card. This was upheld and credit card issued full refund for incorrect sofa. Please take screen shots of any communication, please record the sizes of what you have ordered, ensure you follow up any phone call conversation with an email recap, this will help protect you. This company are all nice an pie if you have no issue but as you will see from other reviews they are not so. So ensure you pay credit card, to protect yourself and document everything this is my advice.

Beautiful snuggler sofas
Some friends of ours recommended the Vintage Sofa Company to us when we told them we were looking for some snuggler sofas.
We made the trip to the showroom in Luddenden Foot and were absolutely amazed by all the fabulous sofas, cushions, rugs, lighting, furniture and other homeware products. We were given a lovely warm welcome as soon as we stepped in and taken upstairs to some beautiful sofas to relax on and enjoy a coffee and cake before we browsed around the store.
It was such a tough decision on what to purchase as we loved everything but eventually settled on two snuggler sofas, one in marmalade and one in emerald green. We also chose some fabulous Hepworth midnight floral bolster cushions and a Raku red rug to match the sofas. We will definitely be visiting again and can highly recommend the place. Thank you so much to all the lovely members of staff for helping us with our order and delivery of the items, we love them.

I love this companies furniture we just…
I love this companies furniture we just brought to gorgeous sofas in marmalade for our lounge and the 2 seater leopard print sofa for the study .
We also brought a bar and 2 Riley bar stools absolutely lovely, we visited the showroom which was a unique experience so many things to look at well worth the journey from Tunbridge wells and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
