My parcel was delivered well packed and on time . It is absolutely beautiful- just as photo . I fully recommend this company- they have been helpful and considerate.

Extremely good. Rebecca really helped me find the perfect sofa & footstool - in time for Christmas! Everyone comments on it. It’s sturdy, comfy and very cute. The matching footstool completes the look. Great team, would definitely recommend ✨

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I ordered my sofa and chair at the very end of April and it all arrived today. I’ve never been so excited!! There was a small delay, which extended delivery by a couple of weeks, but this is still a quicker turnaround than other ‘bigger’ companies 😉
Amy initially contacted me to let me know about the delay, has kept me up to date, responded promptly to any queries and generally been a legend.

Our delivery guys were fantastic. Kept in constant contact, were incredibly careful and respectful, and put everything where we asked for it. They even checked to make sure nothing needed taking away.

Thank you so much. The furniture has ‘finished’ off the rooms I’ve spent months renovating and I couldn’t be happier. 🥰

5* (over and over) customer service experience from vintage sofa. I fell inlove with a sofa that was out of stock and called up to on the offchance be put on a list if a dopamine tiger sofa was to come back in ready to ship. Natalie messaged me letting me know I was top of mind when the couch cropped up & walked me through images & process & with 30minutes end-end my sofa is now booked! Super easy process, super friendly & transparent - even down to accommodating delivery up 10 flights of stairs. Nothing was an issue! Highly recommend these guys!

Natalie was absolutely brilliant. She started of with a guided tour of the shop answering all our MANY questions then left us to our devices and a brew! We choose several items a Hepburn chair, two rugs, a clock and a HUGE badger picture. Delivery had a bit of issue but after a call we eventually got all our order delivered successfully. The chair is very comfortable and the picture looks fantastic in our room. I HIGHLY recommend the Vintage Sofa Company and we will return.

Vintage sofa came up on my social media and after having a peruse i fell in love with a two seater Bugsby in zebra cream. I have never ordered an item like this before from just a photo but the reviews were all good so I did. I must say how easy that was and customer support were very helpful when I wasn't sure on the delivery date. The delivery guys were on time polite and took all rubbish away. The sofa itself was packaged and protected well. The quality of the sofa it tip top so comfortable I am so pleased with my purchase and glad I didn't let ordering online without seeing stop me. Will definitely purchase from them again for other items in the future.

I Absolutly love vintage soda I had my fabulous leapord sofa off them and they couldn’t do enough for me from start to finish the sofa is so well made and comfortable I’ve changed my entire lounge to go with it thank you so much and Sophie for your assistance and can’t recommend you all enough

I'm pleased with the sofa and the delivery guys were excellent, giving clear arrival times.
However the 5 month wait for the sofa, after paying in full, was unacceptable, and has put me off buying again from you.
It would have been much better if someone had kept in touch with me to explain the excessive delay. Instead I had to keep phoning you.

The delivery provided by ASB company was a very good service. The delivery guys, Peter and Bence were amazing, contacting me in advance of delivery, taking the furniture to the required rooms and building it. They were also very respectful towards my house, ensuring they did not damage anything during the process. They also checked the furniture properly and made sure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using their service again. The furniture also looks amazing and high quality. I already have a number of pieces. I will be buying from Vintage Sofa again.

Great customer experience from start to finish, I requested a Mayfair four seater sofa in mustard gold velvet which wasn’t on the website, it was not a problem for the team and it arrived in great condition. Delivery was tricky and it took convincing the delivery men to put it through the window in the flat close to get it to pivot enough to fit through the hallway but that’s not the fault of the sofa company. Really comfortable and I love the material and aesthetic.

these are really good sofas. very well made. delivered on schedule. had them over a week and really impressed with them. highly recommended

I was scrolling one day looking for a sofa, a bit reluctant to purchase online as a previous sofa purchased online was terrible.
Anyway, I came across vintage sofa company and messaged them as I’d seen the purple dopamine opulence sofa, which I just fell in love with. A customer service agent called Georgia responded very polite, very professional, and after bombarding them with my question upon question and requesting pictures and videos of the sofa. Georgia was great explained everything got the sizes for me clarified everything.

Well my sofa was delivered this morning and it’s absolutely perfect so comfortable, elegant, lush classy and more to the point it’s purple and I love it.
It’s just amazing thank you vintage sofa company.

Exceptional service from George one the the sales team! George was really helpful in deciding what sofa to choose. His knowledge and expertise was very valuable in helping us understand what we could fit in our room.
The overall customer experience is great. From receiving a free coffee and the best Rocky Road is really a touch.
All the staff are amazing! Very Approachable not pushy in any way shape or form for you to buy anything. They let you walk around the shop without being pushed to making a sale.

We had a lovely experience at The Vintage Sofa Company.
The showroom is set in the most beautiful surroundings and the pieces are quirky, unique and of a great quality. George couldn’t have been more helpful (or patient!). We were under no pressure to buy and went away, returning a few days later.
We would definitely recommend and am sure we will return in the future.
Looking forward to the arrival of our new sofa!

From the moment you experience the lack of pressure and the welcoming feel of the building, buying quality furniture at a fraction of Barkers, Pratts etc….this is the destination. Young George was not only helpful but a gentleman in training! Proper English company!!

The positives are that the footstool we ordered was well priced and faithful to the size and colour so fits perfectly into our living room space.
I must however mention that we experienced a delay to the delivery which was not communicated well initially so led to a period of frustration.
Overall a good business to buy from- without the delivery issue this would have been a 4/5 star review.
