SCAM – Received Completely Wrong Item

I ordered a Rechargeable Vacuum Cleaner from vintagestore.pk on 25 December 2025. Instead of the vacuum cleaner, I received a small jar containing an unknown white powder, which is extremely alarming and unacceptable.

This is not a mistake — this is serious negligence or fraud. Sending an unidentified substance instead of an electronic product is dangerous and irresponsible. I did not order this item, and there was no explanation or invoice justifying it.

I have contacted the store for clarification, but based on my experience and what I’m seeing from other customers, this website appears to be misleading buyers and not delivering the products they advertise.

Vintage Store is fraud

I ordered portable mini vacuum cleaner and paid Rs 1,850/- but they delivered empty package and the rider named Mr. Islam Khan from PostEx did not return back amount.
