Service and delivery
I have been purchasing from you on and off for several years and have always found the service and delivery excellent with fabrics nicely folded and packaged. I have taken one star off because I was a little disappointed about my last order. Your web site stated that you had four half metre units in stock and I would have liked two more, but settled fir what you had. On checking the next day I saw that you had added three more units which I promptly ordered, but it meant I didn’t have a continuous run and I had to pay postage twice. However this will not stop me ordering at a future date.

We're very sorry to hear you were disappointed. These days we always initially add in less stock to the website that the bolt says. This is because we have been stung in the past where suppliers have sent us less than was stated or we come across flaws in the fabric, and we have to let customers down when we don't have enough to fulfill their order.
Once we reach the end of the bolt, sometimes we have extra which we will then put back into stock (which is what's happened in your case). If you do need more than the website states, please always get in contact with us as we can physically check the bolt for you and let you know how much is left. Many thanks.

Good choice of small pieces of fabric with a variety of designs. This is what I required rather than a meter which is too much for the project I was making

Have the best fabric selection in the uk! Great designs and at a fair price too! What’s not to like about that?
I should add first rate customer service and very fast delivery. I have just been looking at some of their new designs, honestly some of these are just fantastic. Metallic royal blue cats from timeless treasures has really caught my eye. You won’t find designs like this anywhere else.
Editing again!!!! These people have just fabulous designs, honestly they are sensational and very realistically priced. You won’t find better in the uk.

Vinted sweetheart sell beautiful fabrics and I've never had a bad piece of material from them. The colours are vibrant and luxurious to the touch. The added bonus is the sales that they have.
