Top class service old school style!
I ordered a gold Louis chair from Vintage Vibe. From the moment I placed my order the customer service was excellent. Staff kept me posted by phone regarding delivery. There was a slight problem with the item when delivered. Wendy at Vintage Vibe has been fantastic offering different options to resolve things speedily and to my complete satisfaction.
I would recommend Vintage Vibe to anyone.

Poor Service
My order was suppose to be delivered by a 1 man-band courier service. They couldn't accommodate my request and after an email, voice message and numerous calls the order was dispatched via a national courier. Trying to obtain a tracking number from VV proved to be just a difficult. The lady on the phone told me check your email even though i had mentioned none was received. Then get told send an email and someone will respond...well tried that before and had no response. Order finally arrived well packaged but will not be spending any more with Vintage Vibe. Poor Service, bad attitude and No Customer Service Skills!

Not a pleasure to deal with spent £600 wanted me to wait two weeks for delivery as it needed two men .van turned up with man wife and baby to deliver item.also had to argue for free gift when you spend two hundred made two separate payment one gift not two.not a pleasure at all was going to spend much more such off putting.
