Empty box, no refund
Seller sent valuable vintage bag through normal post with listing of contents visible. Sealed box arrived empty, missing goods. Seller charged approx. 47 for shipping and only paid approx 8. Seller refused to provide refund despite transaction being insured, was client unfriendly and instructed to file a pay pal case” delaying refund, despite admitting box had different tape on it, and not being able to provide any photos of packed box. All stalling to avoid prompt refund and apology to customer. Appears comfortable making customer do excessive hours of work to make up for poor judgement not using appropriate shipper like DHL. Very bad experience do not recommend. In a long successful history of buying vintage bags around the globe for 25 years, this is the second worse experience.
