Another order with VWE, and this time it exceeded my expectations. Jacob and the team are A* on their Customer Service, and the items a good also.

I will be using VWE moving forward for our clothing requirements.

I don't think there's another supplier that gives this level of customer service.

I want to share my opinion about this seller. I ordered 2 x 25 kg of branded mix with the reservation that 5-10% may be category B. The order arrived after about 3 days. Unfortunately more items than expected were in poor condition.

So I wrote to the supplier, waited a few days for a reply, but finally I got a reply, they asked me to record a video, I recorded a video presenting each item. They offered a refund, a discount code for the next order and 5 free items for the next order. In summary I am satisfied, customer service cares about the customer and they want everyone to be happy, and mistakes can happen to anyone. The supplier will make sure that every customer is happy.

There is really lot of stuff which you can choose. From basic US tees to lot of Carhartt clothes. Personal is very friendly and they want to help you with all what you need.

My 5 stars go to customer service. I ordered 3 bundles, the products I received didn’t meet my expectations. So I asked them for a refund. They apologised, let me return the products back and offered a discount. Fast reply, friendly team. I’ve just received my full refund. Although I was a bit disappointed with the products, I was happy on the other hand I could send them back without them making a big deal out of it. Within the same week I shipped my order back, I got a full refund.

This company has great communication and always open to your question, great website!
