Scam – Received fake and wrong items, no response from seller
Order #WEB148220.
I ordered 10 Canada Goose jackets but only received 5. Out of those 5, 2 are fake. The remaining items were not even Canada Goose, but a cheaper brand called Canada Weather Gear.
I have sent several emails to the company but received no response at all. There is no telephone contact and no way to resolve the issue.
I have suffered a total loss and cannot recover the money based on what I received.
I strongly advise others not to buy from this company. I wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order.
I am still hoping for a refund, but based on my experience so far, it seems unlikely.

I am honestly horrified at the quality I have been sent. Grade A? Honestly they are bin worthy. Huge stains, holes, pen marks - absolutely awful. I have reached out to complain but looking at other reviews feel I may be wasting my time. I have honestly never been so shocked at the appalling misrepresentation on their website.

I managed to get in touch by email a few times, because my order still hadn't arrived after 1.5 months!! Absolute joke
Absolute joke. Paid £295 for a vintage GRADE A bale. Got three boxes delivered which amounted to 79 items, out of those 33 were actual rags and fit for the bin. Covered in paint, bleach, blood, rips, coating on waterproofs crumbling away, I can’t sell any of it. Emailed them 8 times no reply. About to initiate a small claims court because I’m not having it. Bunch of scammers! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Beware, you have been warned!

I am writing to request a refund for my order #WEB147922, totaling €256.90, which I never received. Although the order is marked as delivered on February 28, 2026, I can confirm that I did not receive it.
Additionally, this order dates back over a year. During that time, I had to send numerous emails to request updates regarding its shipment, but I received very few responses. It was only after a year that I was informed there had been an issue with the carriers you were working with.
Now that the carrier has changed, I have been asked to pay approximately €100 in customs fees, even though I should not have to pay any additional charges.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund of €256.90, corresponding to the total value of my order.

Fast replies before payment, total silence after. My parcel hasn’t moved since March 23, and the carrier verbally confirmed it’s being returned to the sender — yet no written proof, so I’m blocked from escalating with my bank.
I sent 8 emails in 10+ days. No response.
Zero transparency, zero support, no accountability. If something goes wrong, expect to be ignored.

Don't make the same mistake...
Honestly wish I had seen these reviews before I had placed an order. Don't make the same mistake I did and order through this company!
Order arrived 11 days after being placed (no issue with that) however in two boxes and not a bundle. The quality of items are so very poor! They are obviously chucking in absolute dross, even so far as two sweatshirts which had been personalised and crafted by hand for Christmas with fabric paints! I had ordered 50 branded sweatshirts which were supposedly Grade A but some of which were so heavily soiled and stained, there is no way they should have been included. Considering their website states:
GRADE A - With all of our Grade A products, you can expect items that are in great condition with minimal signs of wear. While they are used, they remain free of significant defects and are in excellent shape overall.
Also around 15 of sweatshirts were personalised/independent company sweatshirts which are not fit for purpose, at most they are disused rags which should either be recycled or donated to charity. You couldn't even class them as vintage/retro items, so completely worthless. So out of 50 items, 21 of them are unusable. Complete joke of a company, do not use!

Awful
I ordered the 50 north face jacket and fleece bundle and have never seen clothes so damaged. Some of the jumpers had duct tape covering massive rips and a coat literally fell apart when I picked it up. The quality of the clothing is horrific and seems to be impossible to make good. Would NOT recommend.

Absolutely shocking items , 50% of the items are damaged with tear and holes and even burn marks or unsellable because they have company logos on. I brought branded items not personalised with company logos and university/ college names. The further 50% isn't classed as grade A either which is what I was meant to receive.
Buy from this company and expect to make a huge loss.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered from this wholesale supplier and only received half of my order, which is completely unacceptable. When I contacted them, they refused to issue a proper refund back to my bank account and instead tried to push store credit.
After a lot of back and forth, they finally said they would process a refund, but claimed they couldn’t send it back to my original payment method. Even then, they couldn’t give any clear timeframe and said they had “no idea” how long it would take.
It’s now been nearly 4 weeks, and I still haven’t received my money. Communication has been poor and unhelpful throughout. This whole situation feels extremely unprofessional and dishonest.
At this point, I honestly doubt I will ever receive my refund — it feels like a scam.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company — based on my experience, they do not handle orders or refunds properly.

Catastrophic company
Catastrophic company, I ordered 50 ralph lauren cordury shirts more than a month ago and still have not got a confirmation on dispatch, so I wrote to the and they confirmed it and wrote that It will take a bit longer but the 2 weeks later I'm writing and the ignore me now it has gone 3 weeks since last reply, do not order anything from them. Please Avoid, It took over a month for them to even send my order and their communication was no existent for the first 2 weeks. After finally receiving my order I was very disappointed with my Branded Polo Shirts as 80% of the tops were the brand Nautica, which holds little to none resell value. So I bought a bale of 50 branded…
So I bought a bale of 50 branded hoodies. I’d say 10 percent should never of been allowed to pass quality control at all.
I’d say 20 percent of my bale was a write of straight away, some was damage, that I can accept, but I can’t accept personalised items being let through into bale. Stuff with best buy and Darren on one item, the rest had been personalised with American high schools.
I bought a 50 branded hoodies, not branded hoodies that have been personalised with names or schools.
I’m not sure what’s left will make a profit, I feel I could be lucky to get my money back

Ordered 3 boxes in a value of 470€, only received 1 box worth 165€. Repeated t-shirts, not even in good shape (it was a Grade A box), was supposed to be sports teams t-shirts, not even 1 shirt was around that theme. Been waiting for a refund of the other 2 boxes over a year now. Don't use this website, there is plenty of other websites you can use, you're just going to waste your time and money.

Like everyone else, I too have been scammed by this company. I've come here today because I've submitted a report to Action Fraud and want you to do the same.
Everyone who has purchased from them and NOT received their goods has been defrauded. This isn't "maybe" this is fact. You've been defrauded. The company has taken your money, purchased a dispatch label but NOT dispatched the item. It's fraud. They've done this to me and to countless others in this thread.
I have no idea how my report to action fraud will go as yet, but I do know that the MORE reports, the better. The more reports of fraud, the more the police have to investigate.
If you think posting here is enough to stop this company, you're wrong. You need to report the crime - which fraud is, to action fraud. It's the only way Ali Abbasi and his band of merry fraudsters will be stopped.
