horrible customer service
horrible customer service - also the items i ordered were 100 units of grade A clothing meaning they are in flawless condition. Despite this the clothes were stained and some had rips. i sent this all to them and never heard back. I sent another and still nothing. they dont care about their customers and are just probably one of the worst wholesaler. i would highly suggest considering options before purchasing from them

VWS could be a good wholesaler but…
VWS could be a good wholesaler but there’s too many problems. It’s either win or loose, and spoiler alert : you have bigger chances to loose. If you have any problem don’t even hope for help or support, they’re non existent. I now pay a bit more with other wholesalers but at least customer service is good.
Order #WEB125539 – I previously received written confirmation by mail that this order would be refunded, but the refund has not yet been processed.
I never received this order and they don’t answer to my mails anymore.
This happened 1,5 year ago…
Order #WEB133782 – I only received x30 Levi’s jeans from this order (it was supposed to be x50)and I am still awaiting either shipment or reimbursement.
Note it was the second time they did this with a Levi’s jeans order, so I guess they do it on purpose (with other customers too ?)
This is my final request. Refund the money you owe me within 7 days. Otherwise, I will initiate a chargeback, report this case to the relevant authorities, and share all the emails proving that you promised me a refund but failed to pay it.
We are a big shop in France and it’s too bad because we order a lot of clothes every month, you’re probably missing a lot of big orders because of the poor customer service.

I feel compelled to write this unsolicited review. We recently received our second order for Hawaiian shirts. Let me tell you what happened. We ordered the stock Sunday and it arrived on the following Tuesday. I opened the box and found 50 (grade A) splendid shirts. Yes I did have to mend a couple and replace buttons and after laundering and pressing they were a delight to behold. Took them into our shop today and they flew out! What I am attempting to say is that, for us, this company ticks all the customer service boxes. We have been dealing with them for a year now and have experienced a rapid increase in their quality of service. The pricing is superb, allowing for a few rogue items. All I wish to say is give them a chance.

First time ordering from these guys as starting to get into reselling and I must say the two boxes I order is definitely worth the money! Good variety and albeit some of it was Grade B, nothing that a little wash and scrub wouldn't sort. Delivered in a very quick and timely manner from DPD. Damaged dungarees - had to throw away
I bought a box of 25 dungarees and had to throw away four pairs because the metalware was bent and damaged.
I get the business see thousands of garments but they need basic checks before resale because this isn’t fair on small businesses.
I’d never buy a blind bale again. If you’re a small businesses stick to handpick appointments so you can physically see the garments you’re buying.
Wouldn’t use this company again. I’ve tried them in the past and the stock was damaged too. Really disappointed.
