If I could give zero stars I would ….. AVOID!
They sent me a package that was not fit for purpose and completely miss sold , the worst part was that the day after receiving this I contacted them and it took a month for a response by which point I had raised with my credit card company , they sent me a return and had it collected over 2 weeks ago and are now withholding funds!
So they have received the items back and kept my money!

Ignore other reviews, I had the best experience ordering through here. People with bad reviews have either bought the cheapest items, expecting the best, or they complain about product quality when they have ordered grade b or c. I think it’s definitely worth it ordering only grade A. I received 50 pairs of shorts, all grade A. Only about 3 had minor stains on, easily washed out. One had a hole in but what can you expect with 50 pairs. As long as you buy the more expensive higher grade and quality items. You’ll be fine.

Our processing times are 3–10 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. At the time the bank dispute was raised, the order was still within this stated timeframe and had not been cancelled or rejected by our team, as we were still in a position to assist you directly.
When a chargeback is initiated through a bank, the payment is automatically placed under external review. While this process is ongoing, we’re unable to process refunds, cancellations, or make amendments to the order internally until the investigation is completed by the payment provider.

Brilliant Order Delighted
Was dubious about ordering after having had some terrible experiences with them in the past, but thought I will give it one more try.
I must admit I was shocked at how good the stock was, how quickly it came and when I had a query how quickly they responded.

All arrived today however all items were soaking wet.
The boxes they came in however were dry indicating to me they had all been washed and not dried properly causing mould.

Excellent B2B supplier — consistent stock, great support and a genuine partnership.
I have been working directly with Vintage Wholesale Supply since the beginning of this year as a B2B customer, after several years of dealing with inconsistent supply, high prices and various other issues elsewhere.
From the moment I met Hussain and the team in person, they have been incredibly supportive and have genuinely helped us grow as a business. One of the biggest benefits for us has been the consistency of stock. We have been able to purchase a steady stream of the same product types month after month, which has allowed us to build a much more consistent offering for our own customers.
In my experience, I do not believe many other UK wholesalers can offer this level of consistency, especially at scale.
The quality has always been good based on what we purchase each week. Of course, with vintage and pre-owned clothing, there will always be a small percentage of defects, but this is clearly stated on their website, but overall we have been very happy with the stock and the service.
Vintage Wholesale Supply have been reliable, supportive and easy to work with, and I would happily recommend them to other businesses looking for a dependable vintage wholesale supplier.

I ordered 100 branded polo shirts and…
I ordered 100 branded polo shirts and 50 branded jogging bottoms — a straightforward wholesale order. What I actually received was completely wrong. The polos arrived, but instead of jogging bottoms, I was sent a pile of random American western-style shirts that I never ordered and cannot use.
That alone is a major failure for a wholesale supplier. But it gets worse.
Rather than owning their mistake and resolving it properly, they’ve now asked me to photograph every single item — over 150 pieces — to “prove” their error. That is completely unreasonable and frankly insulting. This isn’t a small discrepancy; it’s a clear packing failure on their end. Expecting the customer to waste hours documenting their mistake shows zero accountability or respect for people’s time.
At this point, I’ve had to consider escalating the issue through my bank with a chargeback because the company is making a simple resolution unnecessarily difficult.
If you’re running a business and need reliable suppliers, avoid this place. Sending incorrect stock at this scale and then shifting the burden onto the customer is not just unprofessional — it’s incompetent.
