Very happy with initial contact,the watch was from 1977 and immaculate.

I have to say I'm not usually the type to spend too much money online, although I am rather busy with work and so it is more convenient. Having dealt with Leon at Vintage Winders and experienced not only the way they sell their (really rather nice) watches, but also - through my own misguided actions, not theirs - had a repair job done, I can only entirely recommend. Great watches in, and regularly - keep checking the stock it really is all a 'wish list' ; Really upfront and relaxed way of selling things ; and great help with advice, after-sales care and general decency all round. Will be back for certain.

I have just bought my husband a vintage Rolex from Vintage Winders and couldn't be more delighted with the watch and the experience. I am a vintage watch novice and after much, much deliberation and research both on and offline I bought my chosen watch and was called almost immediately to be taken through what I had bought, its heritage, style, servicing requirements, wristband sizing etc. Nothing seemed like too much trouble and it was really interesting to get more info. When it arrived it was absolutely perfect - I can't believe it's 54 years old it looks like new (only much better) and the lucky recipient is so happy with it.
