Cannot access webpage builder

Cannot access webpage builder, literally had to use new webpage for my url. Not the first time I have had this issue. I want my money back. I purchased the lifetime page, it's unusable. No excuses just give me a refund for the 65 dollars you owe for breach of contract under US laws. You have my email address contract me about where I want the refund sent.

Not a scam but not active anymore and without any announcement

It was a nice service. When it was working. Last year they updated some settings and then never was seen again. Don't spend money on this. I was lucky I had not to much clients website on this, or else I would have lost a lot of income with the "ghost end of service". I tried contacting them on multiple platform a dozen of time in the last years, and no response.

Avoid them, they are "under maintanence" for many many months now, without reply.

I was very happy the first moment I've found them. Gave really good prices, and the homepage builder was easy to work with. I was using the page for 2 years or so, but at beginning of 2024, out of the sudden, my page was down, and they did not reply to my messages. At this point, I can't even access all the data, all the writing on my page, which held a lot of value. At this point, it looks like a nice little scam they doing. I thought they had something to do with amazon, but prolly that was a lie too.

Lifetime Licenses Somehow downgraded to the Free Version.…

In 2019 I purchased the Lifetime license with Vintcer; everything seemed okay, until 2021, was when all the frustrations with this company had begun. They started off with okay customer service, but could be a lot better if they had free phone support instead of always having to communicate through their chat, which is, by the way a nightmare... I started having the biggest issues in 2022, but no working solution was ever granted by the company. 2023 rolls around, when I then noticed my Lifetime License was magically changed to the free service. I complained about it, but all they keep saying is they were doing a big update was the reason for the problem, before then promising me that the problem should be resolved in a few days. Three week passes by, not only was the situation still not resolved, but now my editing site was disabled, meaning I no longer was able and still is not able to edit my pages, so I continued to complain, but still, nothing but more broken promises and no results. Another year rolls around, which is now year 2024, current, but still nothing; not only these people continue having a hard time to solve the problem, they completely stop responding to me, sometimes not responding for several weeks to months. Whenever they finally decide to respond, a worker by the name of Catherine then emerges with worthless information and more lies, before then ghosting me again for several more weeks to months before hearing from anyone from her or Manish, who is the so called CEO... I don't enjoy giving businesses bad reviews, because I understand that sometimes hard time may arise, but to outrightly ignore their customers like this is just not acceptable. If we paid our money for their services, then they should have the moral decency to at least give their customers updates from time to time, while the issue is still being worked on. It's now going on about two in a half years with no fix in site; how much more patient they expect us all to be when they continue to lie to their customers about fixing the situation by such and such a date, but never delivering on any of their promises? Between early yesterday and today, I sent them about four more chats, but still have not yet heard from anyone... I'm sure that Catherine was available and as of now she still is, because her chat handle is still active. It is now about 11:40 EST, Fri. Apr. 19 and am still waiting.

All websites are down since December…

All websites are down since December 2023.
No date to when the problem will be solved. "Next Week" excuse has been said to me since december.
Costumer support is veeeeeery slow. At least a week to some form of an answer, and longer than that for them to actually do something.

Never again.

Do NOT spend your money the servers are gone

The books for troops website has been down for weeks. The responses from customer service “we are working on the issue” meanwhile we can’t access our data to transfer to another host.

It would be different if they had contacted us and said “we can’t afford to pay google the server fees and are going out of business”…..but they didn’t warn anyone and their home page is still active offering services.

We really liked them. the price was right, the interface was easy to use but this…dropping out without a word leaving thousands of US troops without access to the library……

Scam website

Scam website. Sold a lifetime subscription and looks like they are unable to sustain it. Lost revenue on my website because it’s been down since December 2023. Now these unprofessional people have stopped responding. Ashamed that one of the founders is an Indian. Thanks for really making our nation and reputation shine. Please do not support any business venture of Mr Manish Yadav who is listed as a founder of Vintcer. Someone should sue these guys. Please move your website out to other affordable providers like Bigrock etc.

If this isn't a scam it is the worst company tio exist

I signed up for the lifetime account in October 2023. Had an issue getting into the builder. That took weeks to get it straighten out with customer service. Never got an email response to the email I send. The chat option took days to get any help. Finally got it fixed and started my sight, then in December 2023 my sight went down. No response on chat, reached out on Facebook twice and was told both times they were looking into it. Sent another email and no reply. Finally got through on chat and fixed the DNS and was told I would be able to use the builder in a few days. It has been almost two weeks now ans still can't use the builder. Have tried to get through on chat again and no response. This defiantly feel like I have been scammed. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received.

Happy to take new customers money, even though they can't even use the site.

Trying to sign in sends you to an under-maintenance page, yet their payment page is still conveniently up and working.

What happens when a new customer gives you money and then immediately can't even log in?

Their parent company ImCreator are telling me that they can't help me recover the content of my website as it's not their problem because they are only their client. I think it's time you take responsibility, as it's your client who has been lying to me and other customers here for months saying it will be up in a few days, and it's your product!

Here to pile on with the same thing…

Here to pile on with the same thing everyone else is saying.

Website has been down for months and they just keep saying 'one more day it will be up' or 'it will be up later tonight'. That was a month ago.

They said they were migrating the site when mine first went down. Migrating and taking people's websites down without letting clients know?

It's either a long con scam, or they are going bust and aren't telling any of their clients.

Vintcer, I dare you to reply to this review with a justification, because you sure aren't replying to me anywhere else.

Avoid company at all costs and I guess imcreator too for allowing this to happen

Scam - Owner is Miserable Con-Artist

I've been 10x more patient with them (him, it's just one con artist) than I have any right to be... My site has been down for over a month... he finally put it live but I can't update it. Then when I ask him to update it, he reads my message but doesn't update it even though it takes 20 seconds. Do not give this man your money. He is a deceitful, miserable scammer and unethical person.

Scam without any doubt

Agreed with everyone else here, been with Vintcer for several years now, it is a scam now. After December of 2023 they no longer respond, and the websites are down. When I try to log in, it says "under maintenance". What I think they are doing is "shedding" the existing clients every so often and moving onto a new platform, where they accept the ones, take their money and move on after couple of years or so.

***In response to Vintcer's reply - I have already reached out to them in late December, and with a lot of hassle the websites have been only restored without the ability to update the content - the promise was that all-new builder will be available as of January 1st. I hope the pattern of deception is apparent here.

Steer Clear

I used Vintcer for years with no issues. Yes, the builder was a bit clunky, but the lifetime deal made it the best option. The customer service was also excellent.

Now, I struggle to get a response out of them and my website has been down for months! When I threatened to go to Trustpilot, they sheepishly published the site, before ghosting me again.

I asked them to take down my site but to no avail and cannot do it myself as the builder has been 'under maintenance' for months even though they told me it would only be down for a matter of hours.

After seeing a similar review, I switched to carrd.co and cannot recommend enough.

Nowadays search something else! For your own sake

Reply to Vintcer Team,
I am glad that they do not intend to do this.
What I am referring to in my updated review is actually asking you if it is only a question of changing the name server. As this is the only information I have received- to customize the nameserver. I have contacted your team several times to ask if the rest of the CNAME and ARecord remain the same. Since just changing Nameservers did not work as intended.
At first there was no response, but after repeated requests for confirmation, they replied that they would take care of it (as of 17.01).
Yesterday 01.02 I asked again for the new status and there was absolutely no answer. Neither in between nor on request.
I am pleased to hear that I can get through to you via Trustpilot and hope that I will soon receive further instructions in response to my inquiry so that the problem can be finally resolved.

Edit:02.02
I received some further information finally. But those were very vague. So I contacted again to ask how to implement properly , since it does not work still. No answer since more than a month... it really is strange.

I use Vintcer since 2017 and bought the Lifetime Licence.
Back than it was really good. They did change some connections in between and did not inform me. When i wrote the customer service i got the new DNS and everything was fine. Recently (2023 December) i saw that my website is down again so i wrote the support. Same thing. They did change DNS server. But this time they told me i would get the information soon and nothing happened. Then i did write 2 more times. The first time they gave me an answer and asked me to look in the mail they apparently wrote me. (There was no mail)
I told them and since then no answer. They straight up ignore my writings.

We have requested that you change the DNS settings to new ones. However, despite multiple requests, the settings have not been updated as required. If you wish to make the website live again, please comply with the latest DNS changes, and the site will be operational. As you mentioned, you have been using the lifetime plan since 2017, and we do not intend to harm our business intentionally. There appears to be some miscommunication between you and our team. I have instructed the support representative to prioritize your request and make the site live as soon as possible.

This website builder sucks, look elsewhere

I’ve been with Vintcer since 2018 and I’ve had nothing but trouble with them. The lifetime deal for a website is way too good to be true and it shows. The template layouts are clunky and hard to edit, back in 2021 I was getting a Cloudflare error because they changed their DNS and didn’t inform me. Now recently they’re under maintenance and they disconnected my domain name and when I tried to reconnect it they claim I need to upgrade. WTAF I bought a lifetime license so I wouldn’t have to upgrade.

Now I’ve switched to carrd since it’s one of the cheapest website builders but you still get decent quality templates and customization.

Support is non-existent

I had to bother them for over 10 days in order to setup my business email because their form wasn't working.

Really slow support.

Now they took down my site because it contains adult material - even though there was no policy or information about it. They didn't even send me an email about it. When I found out, they told me I need an age verification pop up which they will add themselves. I added it immediately and for over 5 hours I'm trying to get a reply about it. They cannot just take down a site without any warning or notification!

Edit: they informed me they will migrate everything in a new platform. Never sent an email about it. For 6 days now my website has changed appearance and functionality and they still haven't informed me about the "new panel" to fix it. Why are they like that?
