Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. My product was damaged by the post service and, as a seller, it was not my fault since i protected it correctely but vinted gave the buyer the product and my money. Horrible experience. Wallapop much better

Wrongfully banned, no proof given, no appeal possible.

I was permanently banned from Vinted without being provided any concrete evidence of wrongdoing. The decision was communicated in a generic message, and no specific messages, timestamps, or violations were shared with me.

What’s most frustrating is that I was not given a meaningful opportunity to appeal or explain my side. Customer support simply repeated the same template response and refused to engage further, making the process feel arbitrary and opaque.

As a user who always tried to communicate respectfully and follow the rules, this experience was extremely disappointing. Account bans should be transparent, proportional, and open to review — none of which happened here.

I would caution others that account actions on Vinted can happen without proof or due process, and once taken, there appears to be no real path to challenge them.
