Very easy to upload to sell items and drop of places very convienient.

Fine when it works, but if something goes wrong customer support will offer no help whatsoever, for the buyer or the seller.

I asked for your support with a person who “bought” some thing from me and who fished me and you didn’t help at all. You said you cannot do anything and you just allow this people to take advantage of others on Vinted. Not fair

The clothes look nice and match the pictures, but the sizing was a bit off for me. Still wearable, just not the perfect fit I expected.

I am very disappointed with Vinted as a company. My accounts were banned without any clear reason or proper explanation, which is incredibly frustrating and unfair. I followed all the rules to the best of my knowledge, yet I was still penalized without warning.

What made the situation even worse was the appeal process. I submitted an appeal hoping for a fair review, but it felt completely pointless. There was no meaningful response, no transparency, and no real effort to resolve the issue. It honestly seems like customer concerns are ignored rather than addressed.

Customer support was no help at all. Instead of providing assistance or clarification, I was left feeling dismissed and stuck with no way to fix the situation. For a platform that relies on user trust, this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

I would strongly caution others before relying on Vinted, as the lack of accountability and support makes it a very unreliable service.

Really bad experience, I purchased something and the seller cancelled my order; then vinted refund me 90 less than the original amount, I tried to talk to them but they just kept ignoring me, they literally stole my money.

0 protection for sellers. Courier treated the package like a rugby ball, parcel was sent inside a bubble envelope with extra foam protection inside, still arrived damaged.
Buyer agreed this was on the courier, but Vinted still took the easy way out and blamed it on the seller, left me without any compensation.
I've been robbed of a few € and left without a precious music collectible from the 90's that was destroyed in the process.

Why restrict an account for no reason? 5 items for sale and we come to call it massive sales?? In addition, when requests are made to know what it is about, we end up with shaky answers. In short, I liked the application until this incident but instead of deleting honest accounts that do nothing wrong, you better delete accounts using AI at least one real action will be taken in this case.
