Great company! Rang for advice and was talked through the whole process of painting my wall with the concrete effect paint. Ordered the paint and it was at my door by 9am the following day.

Ordered the Gloss Paint Porto Terracotta.
The worst paint I have ever come accress..
I followed the directions for use. covered undercoat with two coats of the gloss. The paint is very thin as if it had been watered down. The undercoat is still showing, so I gave up and used a Dulux paint instead, one coat no problems.
Customer service dreadful. The usual reply from companies with a bad product.
By the time I used the paint, it was too late to get a refund.
I had to give one star to start the review. They should have zero stars.

Really unprofessional, unpleasant and rude customer service!. Actually like the product, but when I encountered a problem, the customer service team were impossible to reach.. never answer the phone and rarely reply.. I can see why with that attitude! Won't be using this brand again...

Decided to treat myself to a 'luxury' brand to repaint some shelving units. Chose Brooklands green. Delivery ok although tin arrived dented, it's still useable. Lovely green colour. The paint though is a nightmare. Doesn't stick whatever you do, however much you sand, prime, carefully apply. It just chips and peels off pretty much immediately. I've got plenty of experience painting woodwork and this is the biggest disappointment in terms of cost to result. A huge waste of my time and money.

The colours are completely wrong
I've ordered what it's supposed to be deep red mulberry and received labelled this way, but the front small circle and inside was clearly purple/aubergine
Apparently that's their red colour which is insane. I have to cover return package if I want my money, but for me it's clear that cans were misslabelled.
Very unsatisfied

So...
I paid for a pot of paint.
That paint did not arrive due to the DPD delivery driver leaving it somewhere.
I was sent a photo of my parcel in a place.
Not in my home, not in my hand, not delivered to me.
I informed this company as soon as DPD sent me the photo.
My neighbour went looking as I am unwell.
This company, after a very long weekend!!, have decided they are going to ask DPD to send their driver back to look for the parcel and then deliver it.
Who thinks that parcel will still be there?
I am surrounded by people.
This place is a busy area.

As of today this company has still not sent a replacement nor a refund for the missing, very expensive paint.

They are now ignoring me wishing I would go away.

Would anybody reading this expect a parcel that was delivered somewhere (not to me) to still be there weeks later?

Especially when it was dumped by the DPD driver somewhere.

A disgraceful way to treat your customers.

They wrote very kind words and had not understood why this whole fiasco had not been sorted out earlier.

I've used two different colour shades of Vintro no-seal chalk paint (black and nightfall, which is blue/black) and I must say that they (Vintro) produce a Premier League product that in turn produces a Premier League finish.

Absolutely superb product that I honestly can't speak too highly of (and no, I don't work for them).

Five stars. ***** 👍

Customer Service fabulous. Needed to add extra to my order with no problem at all. Speedy delivery and loving the Deptford Pink for my kitchen cupboards. Value for money?... absolutely and would highly recommend to my family, friends and anyone reading this review. Would not hesitate to use this company in the future. Excellent Paint, great coverage, dries quickly and low odour

Good range and choice, reminder emails, prompt delivery

I needed this particular paint within 48 hours. A member of the team bent over backwards to facilitate this. They were so polite and helpful. I received the paint just an hour ago with time to spare. I would definitely use this supplier again. I can’t praise their service enough.

Firstly the product was delivered in a timely manner and very securely packed. Mainly however, I have nothing but high praise for the quality of this chalk paint. It applied smoothly, easily and without the slightest drip. It dried remarkably rapidly and the finished quality is superb. The choice of colours is huge . I would recommend this product without hesitation.

Beautiful paint, lovely staff. Spoke with customer service and they advised me which product was the best to use and how to prep my surface. They answered all my questions.

Checked out various chalk paint manufacturers and found good reviews for Vintro. Not disappointed the quality of the paint is excellent and covers extremely well. Very happy with the end result on the table and chairs I painted.

Great paint and great service. I needed some advice on colours and they were very helpful.

Used the concrete effect in “Chalk” and was pleasantly surprised. It gave great shading and exactly what I was looking for.
I would definitely recommend to anyone going for the same shaded texture look I was after.

Absolutely the best paint I've ever used. I thought the chalkpaint was top class but then tried the supreme eggshell and the finish was incredible.
