Could't download an album I ordered
Placed an order for an album I wanted to download but had trouble accessing the download. I must state that the problem was probably my end as I'm not that tech-savvy. However the response from Vinyl Junkie in resolving the problem was an exemplar in how a small business should interact with their customers. Within an hour of my initial e-mail to him he had replied and once checking that I hadn't missed something my end, new download links were re-issued and I was a happy DJ.
The response was courteous, friendly and customer focused - exactly that of someone who cares about his customers and takes pride in their business. Cannot fault the service whatsoever.

Plastikman - sheet one picture disc
Delivery was on time. Package was well done. After cleaning the record there was loads of snap, crackle and pops but no scratches. I was really after the picture disc version.

Junkie Junglist Love...
Always a pleasure to shop with the junkie (of vinyl!). Records are always safely packaged and delivered in a timely fashion. Friendly service from a top bloke, who basically runs the whole deal single handedly... Usually a good few pennies to be saved on your tunes here too, as he generally punts then out slightly cheaper than most of the other usual suspects…
He's a very busy man, so sometimes it takes a day or two for him to answer any inquiries, but that's so piffling, it's hardly worth mentioning and it's certainly not a criticism.
Not got a bad thing to say about this great little enterprise! Show the junkie some love people!
