Immediately after ordering I realised that I had ordered an incorrect colour. I immediately sent an email requesting the colour change an requesting a confirmation of receipt of the request. When there was no response I emailed again after a few days . No response . No email reply .Some days later the incorrect colour arrived and still no response to emails.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused. We’ve since checked our records and can confirm that we didn’t receive your messages in our main inbox at the time, they were filtered into spam, which unfortunately can happen with some email providers. Because of this, we weren’t aware of the requested colour change before the order was produced and dispatched.
For context, our system automatically sends an order confirmation after purchase and a dispatch notification once the parcel is shipped. In some cases, email servers apply aggressive filtering and may block or divert messages (including replies from customers) without notifying either side. While we have SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly set up, delivery is ultimately controlled by the recipient’s email provider.
We have now contacted you directly via email and attached a copy of the tax invoice for your records. If you’d like the lettering reproduced in white, we can certainly assist, please feel free to reply to our email and we’ll take it from there.

Ease of order and application
Not a bad interface for design. A little bit difficult to make changes. It appears that every edit session needs to be saved and the old version deleted. With multiple edits over time, this can lead to confusion. The packaging for transport was excellent and my order arrived promptly and the product was perfect. Application is simple but it would be nice to put a QR code on the invoice to a short demo. Overall an excellent product at a reasonable price.
