Appalling Customer Service

Went to this website based on many recommendations about their quality record sleeves and was directed to their British Subsidiary Mint Sleeves. Placed an order, which on their website says they are shipped after 24 hours, after waiting three day with no sign of shipping, contacted the company, but never received a reply, now after multiple emails requesting information, not one has been answered. Utterly frustrating and appalling customer service experience, now beginning to suspect I will never receive my order and have lost my money.
