Good but hardware kit needs clarification
Product seems to work well and everything arrived promptly. The hardware installation kit box was damaged but the contents were ok.
I have a complaint about the hardware installation kit, however. It wasn't made clear to me that it was not everything I needed to install the dash cam to my car and that another product sold by viofo did contain everything but it cost more and was not recommended to me when I bought the dash cam. It explicitly told me in the install instructions to go and buy the separate parts.
In my opinion when a 'hardware installation kit' is recommended as a 'You Should Also Buy' then it should contain everything I need to add the dash cam to the car. Instead I had to research and source the parts myself.
In the end, I managed to install the dash cam and hardware kit but this took a deal of umming and ahhing as to whether I had all the parts and which parts I now needed to buy.
TLDR: Make sure you have fuse taps/add a fuse kits if you buy the cheaper hardware installation kit.

Thanks for your feedback Alasdair, its important to get this to help improve.. The fuse taps are not included with the hardwire kit as there are 4 main different types that are car/model specific.. I notice that you did order the hardwire kit as part of your bundle selection, the very next question underneath asks if you require fuse taps to connect to your car.. when this is selected you are presented with the fuse taps options..Because of the thousands of different cars/models etc I am afraid that this part is something that the customer needs to look into..If unsure we do also a fuse tap pack that includes all of the 4 different types.. As said though appreciate your feedback and we will see what else we can do to make the purchasing journey easier for customer that are new to dashcam installations. Kind Regards

Excellent product, instructions really clear and good kit for installing it. Very quick delivery. So far, very happy with the camera (A139 Pro 2 channel) so might splash out and get one for the wife's car.

Happy with dashcam however Viofo dispatch needs to check what is shipped
I'm very happy so far with my dashcam and it did arrive the next day as promised.
Up until yet I have not had opportunity to download any files onto my computer but the ones I have viewed on my phone seem to be fine.
I have had to mark the experience with Viofo lower as my order included 4 fuse taps for the hardwire kit.
2 full size and 2 micro as I was not sure of the fuse size in my Isuzu pickup truck.
I in fact go 1 full size, 2 mini and 1 micro.
It did not matter as I actually needed the mini ones but had I needed the full size ones my installation would have been delayed.
Hence only 3 stars for Viofo
