I’ve been using Viola as a cheaper option for my clients for a couple years now. Most clients are pretty happy apart from sometimes report back the hair becoming tuggy on the ends often, I put this down to long length. Recently had a client with 20” blonde tapes that lost about 6 inches of length in the space of 3 months - and it’s not her own doing - but didn’t bother even contacting them as I know i’ll just be told it’s mine and my clients fault. Also - £9.50 being the cheapest option for delivery it’s absolutely ridiculous. Due to these 2 points i’m now thinking twice about ordering hair again. I am happy with their quality of tape tabs though and the tape remover is my best one i’ve used.

Had an issue with my first order and payment but this wasn’t the company’s fault but they were amazing at responding quickly and providing reassurance! Shout out to Tilly who dealt with this. I then placed my order correctly and the delivery was fast and so far so good with the hair although it’s only recently been fitter so if anything changes I will certainly update accordingly. It’s beautiful and the colours are amazing. I look forward to purchasing again! Thanks again guys!

I wish I could say I could rate the hair, I can’t because I haven’t received it twice. it’s absolutely not their handling I understand but first experience back in December, ordered and delivery was attempted via APC, not delivered - viola dealt with promptly, replaced another order as customer service was good and see recommendations online - Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed, thought hopefully more a reliable delivery that shows up, wrong. Showing signed for by “.” And a squiggle and purposely had someone waiting in the house for a delivery that didn’t arrive.

I will update this once the above is dealt with- I am absolutely gutted!

Very disappointed with the quality of these hair extensions. After only 5 weeks they became extremely dry, brittle, and started snapping badly, despite following all aftercare instructions and using recommended products.

I had the Lux range after always having the normal range as my colour was only in stock in the lux range.

For the price paid, I expected the hair to last much longer and remain in good condition. The quality is nowhere near what was advertised, and I feel completely let down by the product and overall experience.

I contacted the company regarding the issue but was disappointed with the response and lack of accountability. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Amazing hair as always

Where do I start. This hair is amazing. I have been doing hair extensions for 10 years and I always stick to one brand for my clients. I had seen amazing things about Viola and decided to treat myself to a new set so I went with this company to test it out on myself before offering it to my clients. The hair is BEAUTIFUL. it came the very next day with no issues. It washes easily brushes easily and just looks and feels amazing! The quality is beyond any hair I have ever used before. And the colours OMG I honestly have never had a colour match like this. The nano tips are so tiny and discreet unlike other brands which are bulky. I have found my new favourite supplier not just for myself but for my clients too. Incredible service, impeccable quality of hair & beautiful colours to choose from. Thank you so so much

The hair looks like good quality. Unfortunately the hair I ordered was completely different from the website images. The hair in the image was so much darker than the hair extension I received. The images showed a base of warm dark hair with scattered flecks of blonde through it but it actually was a light cool toned brown with lots of the blonde blended in through out the extension. I am going to have to return the extensions. I paid for postage. I will have to pay for the return of the incorrect extensions and send them recorded mail. I will also have to pay again for delivery.

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I’ve received regarding a recent order of hair extensions.
At no point during the ordering process was it made clear that the extensions were non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Had this been clearly stated, I would never have placed the order or gone to the expense and effort of returning them.
Unfortunately, the colour I received was completely different from what I expected and not suitable for my hair. I contacted customer service in good faith because I was actually willing to reorder in a more suitable shade. However, I was told over the phone that the returned extensions would simply be “returned or disposed of,” which honestly felt dismissive and unhelpful. Realistically, it’s hard to believe the items would simply be disposed of and not resold.
I was advised to email a formal complaint, which I did, but I still haven’t received a response. I’m now left out of pocket with no resolution and very poor communication throughout.
I simply requested either a refund or a credit note towards purchasing a more suitable colour, which I feel is a fair and reasonable request. Very disappointing experience overall.

I have been using Viola nano bonds for a few years now , the hair is excellent quality and the delivery is very prompt.
I ordered Sunday night and received it Tuesday morning

This hair is poor quality for the money it knots and breaks. Customer service just tells you you haven't used our products however I use sulphate free shampoo and conditioner but would not give refund or replace hair in case it was a dodgy batch. Never will I buy this hair again.
In response to your reply clearly it was a dodgy batch have you seen the previous reviews all complaining around the same time. Coincidence I think not. You just weedled out of looking after your loyal customers.
