Viola Hair Extensions Reviews 

I would have given 5 stars but the product I wanted 16v nano tip extensions 12" was out of stock for months and so I had to end up purchasing the longer length, which was more expensive. I email viola to ask about stock supplies and they were unaware of when they were due to receive the 12" length and they suggested that I purchase the longer length. I felt that as it was them that could not supply me with the length I wanted, it would have been good customer service for them to have offered me a discount or a voucher code .
I must say that any communication I had with them, was polite and response was quick. Delivery was also quick.

Lots of hair out of stock , prices have shot through the roof , place has gone downhill . They removed my discount without telling me , wouldn’t refund hair that was unused but a day or 2 out of time even though I’m a loyal customer, overcharged me . Shame as I love the hair but getting impossible to stay loyal to them so looking for an alternative.

great hair, not so good follow up when hair is out of stock, also delivery not particularly reliable, give yourself plenty of time.

Where has the quality gone?? Since around late Autumn the Blonde hair quality has completely changed! Much thinner, gets super dry / brittle a lot quicker and snaps off!! No where near the quality of previous years , I absolutely loved this hair brand. Please, please bring the old hair 🙏🏻!!

Best quality extensions

Awful customer service, hair was matted, discoloured and snapping in less than a week, tried to contact them to resolve the issue, customer service blamed my aftercare even though the hair extensions were in less than a week. Had to constantly chase for updates, and refused to let me know what testing could be done on the hair. Was told my complaint would be handled by the complaints specialist and never heard from them. Do not waste your money on these hair extensions.

Poorly packaged compared to competitors. Arrived in a standard envelope with no protection. Not impressed after spending approximately £550 on the hair.

Hair is extremely knotted all of the time , would not recommend

I am very disappointed with the hair extensions I recently received. There has been a clear change in supplier, and the quality is nowhere near what it used to be.
The hair is noticeably thinner than previous orders and feels much lower quality overall. It becomes extremely knotty very quickly, even with minimal wear and proper care. This has never been an issue with the hair I previously purchased from this company, which is why the sudden change is so frustrating.
I was not informed of any change in supplier or quality, yet I paid the same price expecting the same standard. Unfortunately, the product I received does not meet expectations and is not worth the cost.
I hope this company takes responsibility, as loyal customers should be made aware of changes like this before purchasing.

Shipping was fast, cannot fault that part of my experience

I like the quality of the products but what I don’t like is that the vat is not included in the original price.
