I just started as a complete beginner with Julia's Violin Academy 'Basic' Course. Lots of helpful and useful information and videos and downloadable charts to get me going! All I need now is to find the time and will to adopt a regular practice. Well done Julia - Thank you - Lawrence

I have recently returned from an incredible few days at Julia's Academy in Limburg Netherlands.
Starting again to play the violin after many years was quite a challenge. Under the expert tutelage of Julia and her team my confidence and joy at playing is coming back. All the tutors emphasised the love , the fun and the sheer enjoyment of playing together. I was so fortunate to have joined a wonderful group whose friendship I will always cherish. We shared an incredible few days in beautiful surroundings and each day we were treated to delicious meals. I will certainly join Julia's Academy and I highly recommend it .

As I have come to expect from Julia & Violinspiration. Canon in D masterclass provides excellent step by step guidance, helpful hints and reassurance. As an adult learner my experience is that Julia offers so much more value added content/ guidance so it is excellent value.

I have had the seven days of violin classes and it was just amazing. Surely I want to become a student in the Violin Academy as soon as possible.

I just recently joined Julia's VIolin Academy, and am very pleased wtih the well organized site. I have started with the Basic Course (I am an absolute beginner!) and the instructions are very clear and concise. The videos are also very clear, and highly informative. The demonstrations are priceless. I look forward to improving and moving on to more advanced courses at this Academy.

Fun and engaging Beginner violin exercises, very worth your time.

This course is a well and organised course , everything is in place . I love the fact that you can send your videos to this course and that you get feedback . Julia is a very organised person and her love for teaching is owerhelming. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn vibrato and it is also not expensive at all . Every year she also reopen the course and also for the previous members to join that I love a lot. Thank you so much Julia to give us confident to play the vilion with more relaxation . Thank you a lot for this grate course and I know we will see you again next year if its possible with the same course.

The Unlock Vibrato course is very good at explaining the concept of vibrato for the violin and how to play vibrato for beginners to the process of vibrato. It provides useful exercises. I found the two past zoom meetings the most useful as it explained many of the common difficulties when first starting to play vibrato on the violin.

I absolutely love Julia’s Violin Academy. It’s great fun. You will not be disappointed. You don’t have to be good at the violin just yet - that’s what Julia and her team are there for! Also, you can do lessons at a time that suits you.

This is a great program. I'm picking up my violin again after over 50 years of storing it in the back of my closet. I found Julia's Violin Academy on YouTube and then on Facebook. I've been taking it one lesson at a time as Julia so clearly shows every step and detail of playing the violin. I enjoy my practice sessions more and more as I make improvements daily by following the lessons.

I started learning to play the violin 3 weeks ago through Julia's Violin Academy, and am so impressed with the entire process! The learning is self paced, and organized in a way that is easy to follow. Lessons build on each other, which makes it so easy to see progress.
I also love that I have the option to send a video for feedback, and join practice sessions with other students if I choose to.

The cost is more than fair, especially when considering the quality resources and professional teachers available to students. I 100% recommend for anyone who wants to learn to play the violin.

Very informative lessons, that are easy to understand, even if you’ve never held a violin before. You can also show what you are doing if you feel like you might be doing something wrong, and they will show you how to do whatever correctly.
