I havent received any information on…ANYTHING

I haven't received any information on my microbiome.
I spent all the money that I cannot afford and on top of that I have had to send in 3 fecal samples !!

Shipping Process

Let me start off by saying, I like the Viome Products, but I’m very unhappy with the amount of time it takes to receive the supplements. I work in sales (custom fabrication of a medical device) so our products “save lives” and we can get the product to a patient/customer in less than 10days. The fact that it’s taken almost a month to get supplements is ridiculous.

Better Quality Control

I am pleased with the supplements and gut formula. However, some of the oral toothpaste and gel containers do not open when you snap and squeeze the package. I am enjoying using all the products. And very pleased that my last dental checkup went well. The investment into this service is well worth it. But the delivery of my supplements is not consistent.

Refund Issue

Refund Issue – No Proof Provided, Escalated to Bank

I was informed by Viome that my refund was processed on March 16, with an expected timeframe of 10 business days. As of today, no refund has been received.

Despite multiple follow-ups, Viome has not provided any verifiable proof of the refund (no transaction ID, no confirmation details, no reissue). The only response has been that the case is “under review” internally.

At this point, I have initiated a dispute with my bank due to the lack of documentation and resolution.

If Viome can provide proof of the refund or reissue it immediately, I am happy to update this review.

Otherwise, I would advise others to be cautious regarding billing and refund handling.

At this point, I need a clear resolution and timeline, not an update.

I received an email on 3/16 that the refund was approved.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, my last order has yet to arrive, was supposed to be my March supplements. Understanding a problem in the factory in production and trying to find out the status of my order, I’m now off my schedule and will probably pause my next order. I’ve asked for my next shipment to be delayed at least 2 months, and since I’ve already paid for my monthly supplements, I haven’t received, it’s put me in a sort of dilemma, and the cooperation of the office, has not been very helpful. The time of processing and receiving my order said 1-2 weeks and it took way longer more like 3-4 weeks-order placed on 3/12/26 -so almost 4 weeks. I am supposed to get tomorrow 4/8/26. So now I’m a month behind.
