I love these
I love these! I use them literally everyday. I use them at work, and they're more discrete because of their size, plus I ordered the skin tones and they blend in so well! I walk to and from work so I use them so so much. I believe the only time I haven't is when I'm asleep, although I have done that once lol! I absolutely recommend these to anyone, the only regret i have is not getting cases for my 2 pair

Poor shipping, controls don’t work
For headphones that are suppose to be great and worth as much money as I paid I would expect them to get here when they said they would be here. Changed the date of arrival twice and now they say Monday. Can’t give a true review until they get here. I would suggest changing who you ship with as well as not sending out emails to review your product when the customer hasn’t even received them yet.
Update: received them today. Connection to Bluetooth was easy. Like the fit and the color. Sound isn’t the best but they work. The controls however do not work. No matter how many times I tap, press, or hold the right earbud tap controls don’t work. Not worth the money I paid for these but they’ll do until I find something better.

The earbuds are exactly as described
The earbuds are exactly as described. They are very small and comfortable to wear. I use them at night to listen to music before bed and as a side sleeper, I can barely feel them. Really impressed with the sound quality too.

Crickets, VionB is awful
My card was charged for the purchase of the earbuds. Over a week later I ahve not received an order number or an update. I have written e mails, I have tried to call. Crickets. The promise of answer 24 to 48 hours is a lie.

I love how small they are and actually…
I love how small they are and actually stay in. They don’t irritate my ears either. I’ve worn them an entire night sleeping while listening to white noise. And I’ve been able to keep the volume way lower than any other device.

Worst customer service ever!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered the drift and they don’t fit my ears properly. I emailed customer service to start a return so I could purchase the smaller air-ultra light instead. Never heard back. Got an email from someone named Kenny who claimed to be a co-founder trying to get me to buy the smaller ones and “if you’ve got a specific question, just hit reply. I read every email”. So I replied to Kenny , never heard back. Tried filling out the customer service form on the website, still no response. Called the phone number and got a standard message to email them. Tried one more time to email and still have not heard anything. This has been going on for over a month with absolutely no response from VionB and their so called 60 day money back guarantee. My advice is to stay away from this company!

Comfort is key!
I have always had bad experiences with earbuds. It didn't matter that they came with different size tips, they were always uncomfortable. When I came across these, I was really curious because I have small ear canals and I find it very difficult to wear most earbuds on the market today. So I ordered a pair and was pleased to find how comfortable they actually are! I'm glad that I ordered them! Great design! Kudos! 😁

I had hoped it would have a longer…
I had hoped it would have a longer battery life. The sound is good when listening to music, but not as good with watching tv. I realize that could be due to the show I am watching. But more than anything, the comfort is like nothing I ever had before. I’ve suffered with earphones my entire life. I forget I even have these in. Such a blessing. Overall I am happy with the product.

The fit is amazing! I love the lil rubber tips, they fit well and hold the bud in place so better while I slept than any flat sleepin pair I've own before. Easy to pair and connect, super comfortable and I live them.
