It’s a complete scam, I never received any product and the tracking information is forged. Also your credit card may be compromised if used so cancel it if you ordered from them! Some scammers claiming to be my bank called me a few weeks after I ordered from “Viora”. The caller had a lot of my personal information such as address, full name, and bank info.

SCAM! Placed an order and never received my item. Don't fall for it!

Omg . They deserve zero starsSo disappointing. I totally fell for it . I placed an order in September. emailed a couple of times .they were sweet as pie saying they were right on top of it and they would get me my order as soon as possible. It’s February now and I do not have my merchandise and I’ve never heard back from them.. terrible business scam

TOTAL SCAM. I never received product. After sending email to TWICE to the company with no response, o tried disputing through credit card company but company wrote a letter indicating they sent product.
I lost $139.93
BE WARNED AND DO NOT ORDER from this company. If you search, you will find several comments from others that have been scammed as well.
After writing this review, company reimbursed me the full amount on January 18

I ordered and was charged in October. Sent numerous emails inquiring about my order. Never received a response or the product. Don’t order!

Wish I knew about this site first! I usually don’t order from random “companies” because I’ve worried this would happen so I learned my lesson.
Never received order. Got an email it was shipped December 23rd but then suddenly the order and “tracking”(a link that consistently just said shipped) disappeared which led me to find all of these reviews. I sent an email but don’t expect a response. Going to see if I can figure out how to report them or dispute the charge somehow if I don’t hear back and receive my item.

They scamming people. They never sent my order. Never responded to any emails or phone calls.
I purchased pillow on 12 the October 2024. Never received it.
Never buy from them. This site should be shut down.

Scam! Never got my order, never got a reply when I asked for a refund many times over months.

They never sent me my order. I sent them an email and no response. Horrible customer service

I placed my order on November 7, 2024 for an advent calendar full of "micro" squishmellows for $34.98. It was guaranteed to be at my doorstep by December 1.

November 7 I received an email verifying my order with a receipt for order number 2787
November 14 I received an email saying that it was about to ship.
December 8, I was notified that "The electronic information of the goods has been received".
December 12 update: "Parcel arrived at exchange office".
December 17 update: "Goods leaving the operation center"
December 18 update: "The goods are on the way to airport"

I sent emails requesting updates on November 27 and December 2 with no response. I very clearly requested a refund. It is now December 22 and I have no further updates but my bank account was definitely charged. Avoid this company at all cost.

I never received my order. Received one correspondence stating it was on the way but it never arrived. I've sent many emails to follow up with no replies at all. Bad company to do business with!

Scam. Don’t order from them. Never received tracking number and won’t respond to any emails.

I also got scammed by the company. Order placed, never arrived and they stopped responding to my emails. They cannot be reached by phone.

Scam company. DO NOT ORDER!! I ordered squish mellow advent calendar on Nov 7 thru “shop” app, it’s December 16 and I still have not received it. I disputed the charge with my credit card and they did a charge back and viora trends had the audacity to email
Me and ask why I disputed the charge, lol. That’s the only way I would have gotten my money back.

Ordered "Face Pillowz - Sand x1" on Oct 11, 2024 - $24.99 USD. It is now Dec 15, 2024. Shipping supposedly updated Oct 27. Logged in to account to check shipping update on Nov 20, there was no update. All "View order/visit our store" links in emails are dead now. Messaged the support email provided but I'm not counting on a response. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Ordered contoured pillow 5th Oct, dispatched 12th.
A strange parcel arrived at my billing address, so I emailed 30th Nov.
No reply as of 15th Dec, buttons to View Order, Visit Store return dead links.
Tracking number isn't recognised.

Either something's on fire or I think the business is a mask.

I would give zero stars if it would let me. It’s a SCAM order my product Oct 2nd and now it’s Dec 14th. I’ve sent them multiple emails and haven’t gotten any responses. DO NOT ORDER!!
