Amazing experience! Customer service was top notch, very helpful and thorough. THEY found an error in my writing and gave me a chance to fix before printing...definitely would use them again and would recommend 100 times over.

I recently used them twice. Both times they provided low quality products, either books with blemishes or packaging so poorly that books tear and fall out during delivery. Prompt customer service that is very unhelpful and refuses to standby their products, was told that I should look for another company after I expressed frustration with my books falling out of the package and on the ground during delivery

I spent weeks designing a beautiful photo book for my mum's 80th birthday and I had it printed with Presto Photo.
I received it with several defects, such as folded corners, damaged back cover with stains on it.
When I sent an email explaining my disappointment, I was told that this must have happened during the shipment and that there was nothing they could do for me.
My opinion is that if they are responsible for the quality until their final customer receives it.
It's vey disappointing.

Not only is the quality great, but the customer service is outstanding. I needed to make revisions after I submitted my order, so I emailed customer service. They kindly put my order on hold until I could make revisions and upload a new file. This saved me a lot of time and money. They are so helpful! This is my 6th order from PrestoPhoto and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this website for photo books.

I've been using this company on and off since 2011 with no issue, satisfied with the product and service. In more recent orders there's been a variation in the packaging used to mail my booklet. When a box is used all's well, when an envelope is used it has arrived bent by the deliverer along with my booklet binding. I contacted the company and was told there's nothing they could do to control the packaging used by their print floor, that USPS is notoriously rough with deliveries and I should use (the more expensive) fedex option instead. It seems crazy that they cannot control their box vs envelope issue. They reprinted the first damaged delivery. The second time it happened the exchange went less well, with the support person ultimately suggesting theirs might not be the company for me. Sadly, I guess he/she is right.

Unacceptable print quality compared to Apple printing, which is all I can compare it to. Photos which were sharp when uploaded come printed blurry. Skin tones which were accurate when uploaded come back grey. Support denies the problem and are not co-operative. Would never use them again.

I have used viovio for several years and have been consistently pleased with their product. I especially appreciate the design flexibility viovio affords by accepting .pdf files corresponding to book pages. The color reproduction has always been faithful to what I have submitted and the resolution of photos and text has been excellent. The construction of both soft cover and hard cover books has been crisp, durable, and aesthetically pleasing.

I have had 18 books of various sizes printed at Viovio and have been very satisfied. Any time I have had questions or needed help I have had prompt responses and found the staff to be very helpful. I have used other services in the past, but now Viovio gets my business.

I really enjoy using vio vio for all my book printing needs. the quality is great and the customer service is wonderful. Whenever I've had problems with any printing issues (this is very rare), they fix it without any hassles.

I've used Viovio periodically for 8 or 10 years. Sometimes just one book, many times over 100 books. (They didn't offer bulk pricing until I asked way back when I started!) The quality is very consistent, printing and color as well as binding. The web site is a bit awkward, evidently growing from earlier philosophies of services offered, but works fine when you're familiar with what you want to do. Only once did I have a problem with quality, but it was shipping, not production. They immediately reprinted a couple larger books when I showed (digital photo at their request) them the kinked paged casused by poor packaging. Pricing is very attractive. I ordered from Wink Flash one time as an experiment, and the binding (this was a full color hard cover) was obviously inferior to VioVio and I would not give it to a client.

Viovio has great customer service and products. I have designed and printed over 8 books with them and all of them have been of excellent quality. They have always been very helpful when I have asked for help. I always get a cheerful respond to all of my inquiry. ... Cari
