Excellent Professionalism
Hi, I booked an apartment managed by VIP-booking in Champoluc, Italy from 14th Mar for 7 days. It became very evident that travel there would become very difficult due to COVID-19. I had booked through airbnb.com and was way past the free cancellation period. However, Mauro who manages the property was very understand of my situation, basically having to self quarantine for 2 weeks on my return to Ireland and without hesitation offered to refund the full host cost to me. The money was refunded within 48hrs. This was all done prior to flights being cancelled and the Aosta valley being closed. This level of understanding and professionalism was greatly appreciated. I have no hesitation recommending VIP-Booking and Mauro. Regards Karl
