The product key doesn't work
My computer currently has Win 11 Home and I purchased the Win 11 Pro license to enjoy the benefits of having the 11 Pro version, but unfortunately when I change the product key it tells me that the key doesn't work and that I should try another one.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. I had purchased two keys after realizing I had purchased the wrong windows. I asked for a refund, and they followed through. I requested the wrong key to be refunded, so I asked if they were able to exchange it. They gladly accepted and received a new key. I was sketched out at first, but it's legit.

The access to select pc software is…
The access to select pc software is confusing in your website.
The main page shows games only.
Even the search option does not find any PC software (i.e. Windows 10).
After signing up there is no link to a page where to selet pc software
Once the purchase is made getting the license number is easy though.
