This company is a SCAM.
They advertise very low rental prices to attract customers, but once you arrive at the rental desk, you’re hit with unexpected charges that make the final cost several times higher than the original booking.
My rental was confirmed for approximately USD 400 through VIP Cars. However, when I went to collect the vehicle, the rental company refused to honor that price and demanded over USD 1,600 after adding mandatory fees and charges that were never made clear during the booking process.
This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic. The advertised price is misleading, and customers only discover the real cost after they have committed to the booking and are standing at the rental counter.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking through VIP Cars. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would never use their service again.

I reserved a 6 seats car in Tirana with VIP CARS. The supplier was RENTAL2B. The day after we collected the car, we changed it because there was a signal on showing a problem to the engine. There's no matter. The problem is that the second car (16 years old) has got the green card expired, so our previous trip (Albania, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia) has got broken a half because we also would liked to go to Croatia and Bosnia but we had stopped at the border. We passed our holiday only in Montenegro and Albania and we missed the two Countries mentioned above.
Once we was at the border I phoned to RENTAL2B in order the send us a picture of the new green card but they said it was no possible...............
I wish to suggest VIPCARS to value better their suppliers. I don't know if the next time I will rent a car I will do it through VIP CARS.

I have never ever seen such an awful customer service. If you have any problem with "rent a car" company, they don't help you. Also customer service employees are not good about speaking english. You need to spend more time to explain your issue. Sometimes even if you get a confirmation from vipcars and "rent a car" company both, you may not get the car because of availability. They show fake availability on website to take your money and you need to spend a few hours to explain your issue on the phone. If you get refund in a few weeks, you are the luckiest person.

Booking process was very easy. It was a little unclear as to what the 'pay now' price meant. I have seen that description on other sites and it usually it means that if you pre-pay you are paying a different price. That is what I thought the 'pay now' price meant. Instead it means that you pay part of the price now and the rest upon picking up the car. That was just a little different than what I am accustomed to. Overall, the booking process was easy.
