Had a booking for initial consultation. Had a reminder 30 minutes before. He didn't phone or respond to my texts. He makes a big issue of people making sure they are able to take the call, goes without saying but should surely give the same respect to potential clients. Very unprofessional

Complete scam artist ! Took full payment, booked an appointment and then on the day of appointment HE cancelled because his van broke down conviently !!!
Asked for refund as he couldn’t come for another 6 weeks . He said no refund so we got another appointment, and despite messaging him to cancel he ignored and turned up knowing full well no one was in ! So no refund ! He has taken money from a very young family with 3 children who were desperate for help with their dog and scammed them out of nearly 600 pounds which they can’t afford.
I will personally make sure that this SCAM is highlighted, trading standards , newspapers and tv if necessary this business?? Is a fake scam

Our initial consultation with Colin was good. Our dog is reactive indoors and outdoors. K9 recommended the use of the invisible lead technique which meant we had control of our dog when walking her. The need was to desensitise our dog around children, lone men and cyclists outside, and indoors the issue of guests visiting the house and delivery people. This did work to some extent outside, however since then her initial reactions have escalated. I have emailed K9 for follow up advice in which he recommended we sent videos of our dog reacting and how we controlled her in that situation. This is very difficult to do when you have a highly reactive dog. The cost of the training was expensive which I was happy to pay as long as our dog and the family received the full benefits. Unfortunately, I don’t feel our dog has benefited because her reactivity has escalated and post training follow up hasn’t been the suitable for the situation. K9 since has ignored my emails and hasn’t arranged a phone call like he suggested. The training regime is not suitable for our dog.

It is a joke that he blocked my Mrs off his fb page and when I done a review then he blocked me before I can reply to him his best suggestion is to put a e collar on my dog he has a 5 star rating on fb and that is just because every time some one puts up a bad review he blocks them he is just a scam artist takes your money says to put a prong collar on them or a e collar and that is his training

I recently booked a 30 minute free consultation with Colin due to having reactive issues with my Alaskan Malamute. Colin was honest in that no further correctional techniques will assist me with my little BB, she is what she is, the breed is impeccably difficult. In fact he was complimentary on how well we have managed her this far. Although Colin could not offer any further assistance, he gave me a fabulous service and I'm more impressed that I was left feeling that he is an honest man who was only interested in the welfare of me and my dog. The concern when dealing with new companies is whether you are going to be paying for something which is a complete waste of your time and money. I would now assure you that any advice Colin is giving you is based on honesty and integrity. Thanks Colin.
