Really wasn't happy with the new web site in fact I think it's awful it didn't ask me to log in like before never gave me the chance to access and use my existing pointsthis company had an a1website and service. It appears this is not relevant to their existing customers. Get back to doing what you did best providing good customer services and not.what some it person with a laptop thinks they need!

Discontinued
Usually vip would be my first choice for smoke oils. Have been using their services in store and more recently online for years.
But the oil I’ve been using for years now is discontinued. So I tried the substitute brand and it tastes cheap and not nearly as nice.
Will have to change who I’m ordering from
