Naim was awesome
Naim was friendly, courteous, patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. From the research I've done, their rates were some of the best ive found. Naim made switching over, the easiest thing I've ever done in my life.

Lisia, upon further review of your account I honestly think you are a part of a texas electricity fraud similar to that detailed in this link: https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdtx/pr/houston-man-admits-million-dollar-electricity-fraud-scheme
Your information (specifically your email and likely much more) was used to enroll for electricity service in the name of "Noreen Vag" which is why you got this email. Please call https://ambitenergy.com/contact-ambit-energy and ask them to investigate the account associated with your email address.
To get through to somebody without having to verifiy any information (which you likely don't want to give and understandably so) I would recommend going through the prompts as if you are a new customer wanting to enroll for service and then explain what you need.
I will also be submitting this to Ambit's fraud department.

You had my account mark as closed when…
You had my account mark as closed when it was just set up with in the last month. It was supposed to be set up on a one to one buy back yet nothing was listed on the total solar buyback part of the bill. The invoice was almost $200 and I'm supposed to be paying roughly the delivery charges. Very unhappy that I had to pretty much set my account up all over again on Saturday and still do not know when I will be reimbursed.
