First time asic buyer here . My questions were promptly answered and the product was delivered on time for a decent price . Will use them again for future miner purchases .

I purchased two Bitmain Antminer S21 Pro 250 TH/s asic miners in November of 2023. They were scheduled to be delivered in April of 2024. I am writing this review at the end of September 2024, and I have still not received my items.

I have tried to contact Viperatech to see what the hold up is. I have phoned them, and no one answers. I have emailed them and no one answers. Viperatech has absolutely terrible customer service. I have no idea what is happening with my order. Viperatech has taken my money but delivered nothing.

I'm starting to think Viperatech is a scam. Giving them this one star review is my way of trying to get their attention. Perhaps they will respond here finally.

My order has not been delivered. I'd happily revise my review if they made things right and delivered my purchase.

The only asic seller company I would trust in Canada. Excellent costumer service. DHL is quick, around 1 week delivery in Canada.

Purchased two IceRiver KS5L miners, and the ViperaTech team was incredibly helpful. One miner had an issue initially, but their warranty coverage ensured it was fixed quickly.

I have purchased several systems from this company. I unfortunately had one go down. I've sent several emails to this company as its under warranty and no reply to get it repaired or replaced... How unfortunate as otherwise working with them has been great until now.

Update: I was contacted 7.29.24 to start resolution process and get machine up and running after almost six weeks down. Adjusted to three stars for now.

8.15.24 there has been no further contact from vipera on a warrantied machine.

Ordered a HGX H100 TNHR with a 30 day lead time and arrived on the 20th day to my surprise. Trustworthy and will do business again. Was dealing with Hashim in the Dubai store.

the item was late but they were responsive, did their best and have a good reputation in general . I would do business with them again.

Communication was fine.but a mistake made by the shipper was not addressed at all.

Just received 2 more Kaspa machines yesterday.
Ordered them on Fathers day.
Have had problems elsewhere but when I order from Viperatech I am certain I will receive what I paid for.
Order arrived Tuesday at 10:30 am.
They contacted me the minute they arrived.
Picked them up 90 minutes later.
It just couldnt be any better.

I thought should give shoutout to this company and give it 5 stars. The ease of the website and outstanding customer support will keep me coming back.
Give them a try and you will find they deliver.

Great company, with good customer support, competitive prices and fast shipping. I had no problems shipping to Europe.
