Miners were perfect. All works. They are super careful to get your order right. Shipping was fast and perfect. Good people to work with!!!

Everything went well, the only thing I would like to point out is that the order arrived from a sender in Hong Kong and therefore I didn't understand it came from viperatech. I had to trust and pay the customs duties, if I hadn't done so I would have lost the package.

Bought a ka3 on 12/11 got it sent to my doorstep by 12/22. About two weeks sooner than I expected! (7 day handling time and 14 day free shipping). I am super happy with viperatech. I will be purchasing from them again very soon.

Simply fantastic, I had some doubts that it was scam, but it turned out to be an excellent company, in just two days the miner arrived from Hong Kong in Italy I will definitely buy back from them

Customer service was on point. When I placed my order I paid for expedited shipping. When my order did not arrive in the time frame I expected I have contacted their customer service. They were able to push it through right away and in addition upgraded me to a higher hashrate miner. Yes shipping still took several weeks but that was outside of Viperatech Control. On their end they have resolved my issue right away and made me feel better about the delay by offering slightly better product. Thank you for positive first time experience with your company. I am always a bit weary purchasing Asics from a new vendor.

I ordered a S19J Pro+ on December 13th because the website said they had a bunch in stock. I made this review because I have yet to receive any updates on my order and have read through some reviews saying they have not received their order, so i am a little concerned. I sent an email to them asking for an update December 15th and received a quick response saying it would take a 2 business day delay from when you place the order until you receive tracking, and then it is scanned shortly afterwards by DHL. Also noted that they are shipping from Hong Kong, which I can understand since thats probably where they are made. As of Dec 18th I have not received a tracking ID or any updates. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they are busy because of the holidays but I am still expecting a shipping label to be given to me for tracking today or tomorrow, or I will begin to be worried. I will update my review once I receive a tracking ID on my order, and will update once again if/once I have received my package.

Edit 1.) Dec 19th still no update, shipping label or tracking id provided.
Edit 2.) Dec 20th Got an email that tracking label will be scanned shortly and got the tracking label itself.
Edit 3.) Dec 21st label is scanned and estimated arrival time is Dec 27th.
Edit 4.) Picked up package from DHL Dec 28th machine is working fine and looks brand new.

Final conclusion, reputable company. Shipping could’ve been quicker but I ordered around the holiday rush so I can understand. Will probably buy from them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered a miner from this company and the manufacture was delayed - completely understand that is outside of their control. However, the way they handled that delay is unreal to me. I spent hours trying to get ahold of someone for updates across multiple days. When I would get updates it would be to tell me to be patient and that they couldn't give me a refund even though the item was delayed by almost a year. Finally, I found out they had the item, but hadn't bothered to ship it. Then arranging shipping took another 2 weeks of me calling. Their employees are rude and unhelpful and there is zero accountability if something goes wrong. Buy from a more reputable dealer. I also noticed that they like to claim bad reviews were paid for by a competitor or not actual customers. That's a cute trick.

Took some time to receive my KS3 but not Viperatech’s fault order went somewhat smoothly … overall good experience would do business again.

This was my second order I’ve placed. As always customer service was excellent and my transaction was perfect. This was not a low dollar transaction either so service is even more important.

Ordered a very in demand asic, they shipped it as soon as they got possession. Every time I called for an update they were always there. Price was a little high but overall a good experience.

Hello, thank you very much for 9.4TH, it finally arrived. Communication by email and normal telephone was rather difficult, but I experienced very fast and good communication on WhatsApp. We received a tracking number via email, which to this day has the same status as "Shipment information received HONG KONG - HONG KONG SAR, CHINA", but we received the normal one on WhatsApp. For a week and a half, we were afraid that nothing would happen to our package, but then it arrived very quickly.
