VIP Fan Auctions Reviews

Bought a few items from VIP Fan Auctions, and will alway recommend them! Recently had a UPS problem on one of my orders, and the VIP customer service team was 10/10. Big shout out to David for helping. Will continue to buy from them 😊

VIP Fan Auctions is great!

The transaction was quick and easy

I have been collecting costumes and props for over a decade. VIP always have a varied selection, usable interface and fast delivery. I look forward to more transactions with them!

Great experience, love these!

Always quick in every aspect and very helpful. Never had any issues, absolutely recommended.

Honeslty the item was not at all what the picture looked like. No description of what the prop was made out of in the auction but I knew the weapon was most likely plastic or resin. What I didn’t expect was it to come looking like it was made by a 10yr. The pictures that were taken for the auction definitely did not represent properly what receive. Also the “display box” was just basically clear plastic wrap over a frame, when the pictures also showed this looking more like an actual display box. This is probably the most disappointing I’ve ever been with a prop.

Top Quality & Fast Shipping

Excellent customer service and communication. 0 issues with bidding and paying for my purchases and delivery was quick and the items were taken care of .

Will buy again, but only thing that disappointed me was the fact I couldn’t combine my order and both my orders were shipped in the same box. So could have saved money on shipping. I’m glad they packaged well! That was something I was happy to see when I opened the item. Will 100% buy again!

Delightful experience every time. They package well and ship in a timely manner.

Hello! 👋

As always I am super happy with the overall experience in dealing with VIP: super friendly staff that can daily answer any questions/doubts, easy bidding process, variety of direct-from-set props, super fast shipping, and so on.

I am already looking forward to follow and bid in the upcoming auctions! 👍

Thanks again, highly 💯 recommended, cheers 👋

Was very informative and helpful whenever I had questions or requests!!!!!!

Really enjoy these auctions. The crew from Vip Fan have been very helpful with answering questions in less than 24 hours- if not within the hour.
They have gone out of their way to look over auction items and return information that I needed to make a confident bid.

Love the payment plan. Allows people to get better props and pay it out. And everything is always packaged top notch.

Great communication, fast shipping. Great merchandise. Easy to navigate website.

Swift delivery and the auction was easy to navigate. Good packaging.

The website is very clear & transparent. It was my first time doing an auction, and everything happened the way they said it would. The things I ordered were shipped out promptly, and arrived in good condition.

You guys are always great perfect packing. Super reasonable and fasted shipping I've ever had on purchases!

Perfect, wrapped to perfection, they sent it so fast, the day after the auction, so impressed! Would 100% recommend.

From start to finish everything is absolutely professional, from the bidding process to the checkout process and shipping updates its all very very well done ! It's lovely being able to own a keepsake from our favorite films and VIP AUCTIONS makes that a reality. Bravo VIP AUCTIONS !! BRAVO !!
