The quality of their bags is absolutely amazing. I’ve bought tons of bags from them in the past and have never had a complaint about a single item even if there was ever a complaint they are very diligent and quickly replaced and send a new item which is always an improvement. Here we go again, with this online retailer. My last review was a one star due to poor customer service with shipping issues and lack of resolve with my order. I requested a full refund on Thursday, May 29th. I got an immediate response stating "they will process my refund within 3-5 days." The next day, Friday, May 30th I received a text asking me to remove my one star review. My response was, "once the refund is processed and deposited into my account I will consider, but not until then." They replied, refund is processing, and if possible please remove the review ASAP as they are working hard to resolve everything. On Monday, June 2nd I received a screen shot text stating my refund was complete and refund details were emailed to me. The text also stated, "my manager has refunded me. Have I received it?" I checked my account, no refund. I called my bank, to verify if my refund was pending or rejected and my bank did not show any deposits from this online retailer. I then checked my email, since they stated they emailed me the detail of my refund and I did not have an email in my in-box or my spam. The 3-5 days for the refund to take place have passed. I texted the online retailer, on June 2nd to inform them that "I did not receive a deposit." No reply from the online retailer. I sent another text the next day, June 3rd "when can I expect my refund? I inform them that, "once again, I'm told something is resolved by them when in fact it is not!" No response from Online Retailer!
I hope people read my reviews on this online retailer before making a purchase with them! I don't write negative review, just to be writing them. This was my true experience and I must take a stand to hopefully get resolution (my refund)!

I'm adding this updated response to the reply of the online retailer. They indicated a refund was posted on 6/5/25, I do not see a refund from Fasbags. What was the amount of the refund, so I can have my bank double check any pending deposits. The online retailer also indicated, my package was delivered. I do not have a package that was delivered. I clicked on the original tracking number provided to me and it does not show a package being delivered.

This is my final entry on this online retailer. I just confirmed my refund was finally sent and processed through my bank. I'm happy the online retailer honored my refund request and I consider this matter CLOSED / RESOLVED. As previously stated, I do not write negative comments unless my experience was negative. I hope this online retailer can improve its shipping process. My recommendation is to utilize UPS, FedEx, or USPS to guarantee proper and timely shipments in the U.S.A. As for refunds, if you can process orders immediately, you should be able to process refunds in the same way. My refund took extremely too long and created un-necessary frustration and a lack of trust as the customer.

Ordered a True to Original bag from Fasbags-Crozus. Beautiful leather bag that closely mirrors Chanel bag. Very satisfied. I submitted request for particular bag. David was very kind and supportive in locating the bag, sending pics and checking on receipt. He followed up with helping to find other desired bags. Great customer service, great quality and great pricing. Will purchase additional bags for sure! Highly recommend !!+++

I’ve been a Fasbags customer for MANY YEARS! They never disappoint. Bag quality is great and selections are unique. I get compliments all the time for having rare bags! I also have some of the jewelry! It’s not as durable as the bags BUT I understand it’s difficult to make so I give 5 stars for effort because I always love the jewelry looks.
